The ARR is the fundamental unit of exchange within the ARROUND platform, and all commercial activities, although they may be priced in fiat currency, will be conducted in ARR tokens.
ARR tokens are used by the platform’s users to purchase or lease digital items or services from connected developers and by commercial parties in order to run advertising and marketing campaigns. Additionally, tokens can be used to motivate users to view advertising and marketing campaigns, plus provide an incentive for users to map their environment, therefore contributing to the creation of an augmented reality backbone network. Usage of the backbone can be provided to third parties through payment in ARR tokens.
Unique features of ARROUND
ARROUND is developing a blockchain platform consisting of four integrated elements: a disruptive universal advertising network, an augmented reality marketplace, a social platform, and the next generation AR map that will create a backbone for AR projects around the world.
- Established partnerships with global brands
- Token plays vital role in fuelling business model
- AR market growing at breakneck speed (65% CAR)
- MVP available on iOS & Android
- Innovative and comprehensive product
- Experienced team with excellent track record
Why is ARROUND such a breakthrough blockchain project?
ARROUND is an advanced communication platform powered by blockchain that gives its users a beautiful personalized digital world, advertisers a new and exiting channel for their campaigns and offers AR-developers a vast sales market for their software and hardware. Every aspect of this universal AR ecosystem is fine-tuned to deliver a next-generation augmented reality experience that will form the next-generation backbone for the fast growing AR space.
What is ARROUND’s stand out feature?
ARROUND’s advertising solution is a game changer. It brings consumers, offline retailers and big data together for the first time, extending the effectiveness of mobile ads directly to the point of sale. Through the integration of our crowd-sourced AR Map, high street stores finally have access to the same digital marketing tools that e-merchants have been using for years. Bricks and mortar stores will be able to attract customers directly to products within their shops, based on socio-demographic and interest based targeting techniques.

Good project, good team and good advisors. I am always for, AR projects and am looking forward to this project disrupting the market.
This is not financial advice or a recommendation to invest in this or any other ICO. Investors must perform their own due diligence and not rely on external ratings to make their final investment decisions. ICOs are risky and 100% loss of capital is possible.

A great idea coupled with the use of AR, in a market where they have a lot of space to go. The vision is good and there is a sensible cap in place as well. I also like the look of the team.

Arround’s focus on reinventing the shopping experience is a great application of AR technologies. It will help bring down the overall costs in due time. The team is well qualified to handle the task at hand. I believe their entry into the market comes at the right time as the AR technology is still in it’s infancy when it comes to day-to-day use.

Both movies and white papers are very easy to understand.
As a team the business model has also been clarified,
I believe that if you proceed according to plan, you will make great growth.
I felt it was a very good project that could return benefits to the world, investors and users.
I will make the best evaluation for the first time.

Good project, but I am amazed that nobody noticed the small team they have...I highly recommend you to enhance your team to properly implement this project :)
Rated on Aug 28, 2018
First of all, i have never heard about any of the people in the TEAM, this kind of projects is worth billions, and most of the members have no background or experience in such projects, we should see big names from that specific AR industry.
Having the company located in Belize is a big red flag, there will be many problems regarding international wire transfer, many countries blocked Belize as an offshore jurisdiction due to money laundering issues.
This project could have been registered in Europe and got the support of the governments and banks if there is really such partnerships as they claim on the site, i have been looking for information on the net to find any press releases or public information about the so claimed partnerships with Unilever and other companies they have posted on the site but cannot find any.
Also asking for 5 millions in the softcap, is really nothing , cannot even barely cover their exchange listings, and even 30 million hard cap is very very tiny in terms of this project needs. We are speaking about augmented reality, not about Paint program. Companies like Magic Leap had to raise more than 2.3 Billions to create their AR GLASSES and other needs for their AR project, https://techcrunch.com/2018/03/07/magic-leap-raises-461-million-in-fresh-funding-from-the-kingdom-of-saudi-arabia/
You can look the information yourself, Magic leap with all these funding is still a startup company to generate a profit in the near future, this project big investors will never believe, very poorly presented financially, and even on the legal side, there are thousands of such companies, and mostly they fail. This project needs to raise at least 400 million usd to be able to thrive and sustain to deliver something.
We need links to partnerships, official news, not only claims on the site.
I dunno how all these experts here have rated the project, but it is very suspicious rating what i see, even most of them did not leave a word in comments.
Also they do not talk in numbers about how they will use the funds, for example how much is for the listing on exchanges, specially it costs millions to be on Binance, Hitbtc and others. plus the amount raised must be categorized, and the exact amounts must be mentioned on where it will be used, the way this structured will never trigger the attention of any big VC or Large scale investors, specially this being presented as a huge AR project, that needs only 30 millions, so funny really.
You need to do a better homework guys next time.
Firstly, we are not inventing Augmented Reality! We are entirely different from Magic Leap (a company that is developing its own hardware, operating system and applications). Instead, we are building on technology that is already here, and it’s built into your current iOS or Android phone. ARKit (Apple) and ARCore (Android) provide off-the-shelf functionality for AR developers. In terms of our own technology, we have developed a novel method of making these two technologies work together. Magic Leap, is building its own hardware, which is an entirely different proposition from our own.
The team behind ARROUND is very strong. They have delivered everything that has been asked of them and have the correct backgrounds and skills to implement the project. As for myself, I’ve spent my whole career building and launching large-scale social, media and financial applications. The fact that this project uses AR is interesting, but it doesn’t change any of the dynamics of developing and launching the business.
The softcap is appropriate to get the project up and running. ARROUND is a purposefully lean startup. At the risk of repetition, ARROUND is not Magic Leap, we are not redesigning AR from scratch, we don’t need a factory building hardware. ARROUND is creating something of value through the imaginative exploitation of existing components. Even the AR Map will be based on currently available SLAM algorithms overlaid with existing navigation APIs and out-of-the-box object recognition that you can find in Apple’s standard ARKit documentation. We are putting existing technology to use in a practical way. I think that this is our major advantage over previous AR startups.
ARROUND has commercial partnerships with Unilever, Scania, Campari and others, which means that these companies have put their trust in us at this early stage to deliver campaigns for some of their leading products.
The ICO is located in Belize. The operations will move to Europe once the company is established. So far, there have been no issues surrounding accepting contributions. When we initially planned the ICO, other jurisdictions were less ICO friendly. Now, they are opening up a little which is a good thing.
We don’t intend to waste millions on a premium listing. We are speaking to Top-20 exchanges that want us on board and where we will be welcomed for little to no upfront cost.

- Executive team has a good bit of professional experience
- Nice to see such an experienced CFO to manage the funds
Facets to explore:
- CEO has not run companies before, just pay attention to him surrounding himself with experience.
Product / Vision:
- This is a massive market to monetize, with multiple pivot angles and flexibility.
- Lots of room to pick specific verticals to specialize in.
- Go To Market (expanding quickly) and more specifically time to market are crucial here as this market will be ripe for consolidation activity.
Facets to explore:
- Relatively low barrier to entry for traditional technology companies to enter the market like Amazon
- $30M Hardcap slightly outside the hotzone for raises in the current climate

Nice team and project, that makes the sopping experience a lot easier, combined with the AR market, which has a great potential and represent the future. Though the CEO is not very experienced, the organisation is good and the MVP is ready. One little thing is that the hard capo is a little too high and the cap gap is a bit too sensible, it might be hard to et adoption compared to the competitors.

Combining advertising and communication is an ambitious task. But at the same time if it's approached correctly it can be a breakthrough platform.
It can serve a duel purpose and benefit both advertisers and consumers.
From the technology aspect this project will be a great undertaking. Seeing a solid core team will help reach it's goals and milestones. Look forward to seeing his project come to life!

I like this idea. Team seems to have some decent experience. Although I'm not convinced on the need for blockchain on this?
Couldn't all this AR functionality and key features of the service still work without it and pay out in FIAT?
Thanks for checking out our project!
We’re developing a crowdsourced map, an advertising network, an AR store and a social network as part of the platform…together its an ecosystem/incubator for AR ready applications (both on iOS and Android) offering them a way to monetize through AR advertising. These elements all intrinsically connect to each other, and because each one has it’s own associated transactions, it makes sense to build a core using blockchain.
As we’re bringing in so many disparate sources: developers, app users, advertisers, retailers, brands, organizations, we think blockchain is perfect for tracking ad inventory, proving/certifying ad views, warranting intellectual property rights and guaranteeing privacy rights etc. Also, we can use tokens to motivate the userbase to build the 3D map.
The commercial organizations we’ve spoken to so far love the idea of blockchain on an ad network as it provides complete transparency in their ad purchases.
As for carrying out all transactions in fiat? Sure it’s possible, but it’s just not optimal as there will be multiple currencies, exchange rates, issues around micro-transactions and credit card processing…The ARR not only simplifies this, but it gives us more scope for marketing and growing the network.

The idea of a communication platform powered by augmented reality technology was born after the founders realized that AR was finally on the cusp of mainstream adoption. Founders take the idea to the business community to discuss its viability and review the key concepts and technologies involved and get overwhelmingly positive feedback. The idea begins to take shape, and after presentations to potential partners and early-adopters the idea is proposed to build the project around blockchain
The project is given its first technical treatment and a product specification document is completed and the business plan is created. The first potential partner is engaged, the 36.6 pharmacy chain in Russia. The team is assembled, the ICO process is planned, the token model and White Paper are created. The team begins to isolate the key features of the product in order to develop and launch the MVP.
ICO is launched in order to provide long-term funding for the project. ARROUND global roadshow begins. A number of additional partners join the platform. Release of MVP and the launch of advertising campaigns for 36.6 pharmacy chain and Atrium shopping mall and additional partners. Release of the alpha version of the ARROUND App, the process of filling the platform with content and attracting users gets underway in earnest.
Focus is on attracting advertising agencies to the platform. Launch of advertising campaigns for large pharmacy chains in Europe. Creation of proprietary constructor for interactive advertising in augmented reality. Porting of ARROUND to ODG Augmented Reality Glasses and Microsoft Hololens.
The first auction to sell advertising space inside the platform on the secondary market. The process of creating proprietary SDK to attract third-party developers to the platform begins. The launch of a pilot project in the USA. Expansion into new markets: China, North America, Japan, Korea, Britain, Germany, France, and the United Arab Emirates.
