Crypto is starting the week on firmer ground, with projects like Aerodrome Finance (AERO) and LayerZero (ZRO) both joining a broader market pump and hitting 9.5% gains over the last 24 hours.

The total market capitalization has climbed to approximately $2.24 trillion, up about 1.3% over the past 24 hours. ETH is trading near $1,952 after gaining approximately 3.5% over the past 24 hours, outperforming Bitcoin over the same period. Dogecoin has also returned to the top 10 with a market capitalization above $11 billion.

These are not yet the broad, indiscriminate gains associated with a full altcoin season, but they show that confidence is returning, especially when a token has growing sentiment, a recognizable use case, or a strong community.

That is also why presales are finding buyers right now, with LiquidChain, Bitcoin Hyper, and Maxi Doge raising a combined total of more than $38 million before reaching the open market. Each project targets a different part of the next crypto cycle: fragmented multichain liquidity, Bitcoin’s limited payments capacity, and (with MAXI) the enduring demand for meme coins. Each is tipped to capture part of the next bull run, but all for different reasons.

LiquidChain Could Make Multichain Liquidity Usable

LiquidChain is building a Layer 3 network that connects Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Solana into one ecosystem – rather than asking users and developers to choose between them. As an early presale, LIQUID has raised $919,000 so far, with tokens currently priced at $0.0148. Early participants can stake their tokens at a rate of 1,221% APY.

The project is building a shared execution environment around the Solana Virtual Machine’s performance, using a unique cross-chain setup. In plain English, applications can execute transactions through LiquidChain while drawing on assets or liquidity originating from several underlying networks (BTC, SOL, ETH, to begin with).

Atomic routing is intended to complete the different parts of a multichain transaction as one operation, reducing the risk of one step succeeding while another fails. Activity can then be verified across the connected chains rather than being hidden inside a centralized bridging system.

LIQUID addresses a real weakness in the current crypto market: Bitcoin holds the most capital, Ethereum is the home of DeFi, and Solana offers fast, inexpensive execution. But these strengths remain divided across separate ecosystems, and moving funds between them requires bridges, wrapped assets, multiple wallets, and several transaction fees.

LiquidChain’s proposition is that developers should be able to deploy once and reach liquidity across all three. A successful implementation could make it easier to build trading applications, lending markets, payment systems, and yield products without splitting users into chain-specific pools.

The opportunity is larger than simply launching another fast blockchain. LiquidChain is looking to be the connective layer above networks that already have users and capital. The contracts have been reviewed by SpyWolf and CertiK, while holders can use the project’s staking platform during the presale.

Bitcoin Hyper Brings Faster Payments and Applications to BTC

Bitcoin Hyper is the largest presale in this group by a wide margin. The project has raised $32.9 million at a HYPER price of $0.01368, with staking currently offering 36% APY.

Bitcoin remains the dominant crypto asset, but its base layer was designed for security and monetary settlement rather than high-volume applications. It processes only a small number of transactions per second, and its limited scripting environment makes it difficult to build dApps or other elements of DeFi. Bitcoin Hyper is designed to move most activity onto a faster, Solana-based Layer 2 while retaining a connection to Bitcoin.

Once Bitcoin is deposited into the protocol, transactions and smart contracts can run through an execution layer based on the Solana Virtual Machine, thousands of transactions per second, rather than 7 TPS. Users can later withdraw through the bridge and settle back to Bitcoin.

This gives Bitcoin Hyper a straightforward product goal: make BTC usable for payments, trading, lending, gaming, and other on-chain applications without forcing every interaction through Bitcoin’s base layer. It returns to Bitcoin’s original electronic-cash ambition while acknowledging that the main network cannot support mass-market transaction volumes on its own. Global transactions are batched up and sent back to Bitcoin, so users get the security and immutability of the base layer.

The presale total is important here – raising almost $33 million before launch gives Bitcoin Hyper massive momentum before launch – more than most new Layer 2 projects receive. It also reflects an increasingly common view that Bitcoin’s next growth phase will depend on what holders can do with BTC, not only how long they are prepared to store it.

HYPER is intended to support transaction fees, staking, and network participation, and the project’s contracts have been audited by Coinsult and SpyWolf.

Maxi Doge Gives Meme Traders a More Assertive Mascot

Maxi Doge takes the least technical route of the three, but meme coins have never been primarily infrastructure investments. MAXI is priced at $0.00028 after raising $4.8 million without an exchange listing. Its staking pool currently advertises a dynamic 64% APY.

While our focus is normally on infrastructure projects, MAXI deserves a look based primarily on that raise – the project has shown it can build community, and this is before exchanges get to list it. The rest of the proposition is branding and community coordination. While Dogecoin made the Shiba Inu friendly and accessible across the 2010s, Maxi Doge turns the pup into a gym-obsessed, high-leverage trader – a far more assertive brand built for 2026.

The project also plans competitions and holder events built around that identity, giving the community recurring material to share after the initial presale campaign ends.

That may sound lightweight beside Layer 2 and Layer 3 engineering, but meme coins trade on attention, familiarity, and collective participation. A $4.8 million raise before exchange access shows Maxi Doge is working, and it does not need to replace Dogecoin to have a strong year.

It simply needs to retain that audience, secure exchange listings, and keep turning its exaggerated gym-bro identity into a recognizable crypto brand.

The Next Bull Run May Reward Purpose and Personality

Bitcoin still accounts for almost 59% of the crypto market, so the broad altcoin rotation has not fully materialized. That can favor presales, giving them time to launch before speculative capital begins moving more aggressively into smaller assets.

Bitcoin Hyper has set the pace with its $32.9 million raise and a clear path to making BTC faster and more programmable. LiquidChain is tackling fragmentation across the three largest blockchain ecosystems, while Maxi Doge appears to be the next wave of meme-driven trading.

The projects could hardly be more different, yet all three have found buyers before open-market price discovery. Each project has something many new tokens lack: a defined audience and a reason for that audience to remain involved after the presale ends.
