About TEMCO
With multiple outbreaks of health hazards in food products such as the toxic insecticides found in eggs occurring in Europe, South Korea and other countries in 2017, consumers are faced with rising fears in relation to supply chain management.
However, existing supply chain management systems appear to be failing to address such concerns because they do not seem to provide for monitoring of pre-delivery stages along the supply chain. Therefore, even if a problem arises, it is difficult to understand at which stage the problem occurred, and to how manage the problem. There is a growing tendency for consumers to demand transparency in how a business deals with its supply chain process.
TEMCO is envisioned as a public supply chain blockchain system that aims to utilize Smart Contracts to overcome the limitations of existing supply chain management systems. In the existing system, the information of each distribution participant within the supply chain process may be segregated and cut off from the each other, but TEMCO aims to make it possible to connect each participant through a blockchain so that the pre-delivery stages can be grasped in real time. The potential is to build consumer trust regarding the supply chain process, and also to create a cost-cutting effect through more efficient supply chain management.

Solid team with a track record. Strong commercial project with a good use case of blockchain. Interesting use of the RSK Blockchain, scalable and secure. Bridge between consumers and businesses.

I like the team though it could be more international. The WP is quite comprehensive as to the project description but lacks business planning numbers

Good project, strong team and also at the same time, useful blockchain use case.
TEMCO is developing a supply chain platform on Bitcoin Smart Contract (RSK). In existing supply chain systems, information is disconnected. As a result, consumers have doubts about product quality, and companies operate ineffectively.

TEMCO looks like a promising project to me. They have a promising medium team of 12 members, they passed the KYC, however, I would recommend them to bring more people on board.
They have managed to put together a working MVP.
Aside from this, they seem really dedicated in bringing a good working product on the market. Good luck, guys! Your project seems really promising!

TEMCO has a great but not new idea. They create a supply-chain layer to track delivery of real goods. There are enough competitors in this sphere with working products, for example, TE-FOOD, WaBi etc (according to ROI they do not perform well - 0.2x, 0.5x...).
I did not find any proofs of working MVP, only YouTube video. GitHub does not have updates for a long time, only "contract" section has been updated 6 days ago.
TEMCO has a solid and experienced team, significant advisers board. They have strong partnerships, but it would be great if they had more partnerships with real business.
The goal of $19m for ICO on such market is unreal.

The team has passed the KYC and after taking a look on their linkedin profiles, they look qualified for this project.
Their vision might not be the most unique, however, their mindset is different and could make a difference on the market. After taking a look on their MVP, I believe their product will be of great use to many.

I think it is the most outstanding coin in the same field developed in Korea. have a good start
i think it is an easy field to commercialization
The first issue in the coin market would be a simple form of coin.

A risk to building a supply chain platform are the partnerships of the supply chain(s) and their adoption of adding yet another piece of software to their already burdened infrastructure. Its unclear the requirements have been fully vetted in product design with considerations to policies and supply chain regulations (as in the case of tainted eggs).
The whitepaper has a vision the consumer will see which products have passed through reliable supply chain management standards. I don't believe most consumers would ever use TEMCO (or any app from another) to check if their eggs, fish or any other item passed clearance. They go to the store and leave it up to store management to ensure what's on the shelf has passed inspection.
Recommendation: TEMCO should build on a few joint development partners (supplier, distributor, policymaker and product) for the MVP. A high luxury market proposed in the roadmap IMO is not a good use case. Build a BaaS solution with a pass/no pass rating for products integrated through the supply chain partner(s) current infrastructure and offer mobile notifications at every step of the route of the product.

I seem not to be the first expert giving a rating to this project. Benchy gave a 4.8 and after taking a closer look, I understand why. Their team passed the KYC, the project looks good and I liked their concept.
Their idea looks pretty good and their vision seems strong enough to make a difference.
However, the product is not very innovative.
Good luck Team!

Supply chain remains one of the strongest propositions for blockchain. I particularly like the smart tagging and ability to leverage IPFS through a SDK.
The team has some great experience and shows signs of being able to deliver. Unlike some projects there is a clear commercialisation of this product and clear existing project to solve. They will need to focus on one vertical first and deliver against that prior to rolling out the entire vision. Overall good project.
