STEPN and Lamborghini Launch First “Legendary” NFT Sneaker Collection

Move-to-Earn app STEPN announced on December 8 that it has partnered with Italian luxury automaker Lamborghini to release a limited-edition NFT sneaker collection. Marketed as the brand’s “first-ever legendary NFT sneakers,” the collection officially opened for minting the same day on MOOAR, the NFT marketplace developed by Find Satoshi Lab (FSL).

The sneaker lineup features four iconic Lamborghini-inspired colors, including Verde Selvans, Rosso Mars, and two additional signature tones. Minting will take place in phases between December 8 and December 13.

Minting Requirements and Lottery Details

According to MOOAR’s official information, participating in the draw requires either 10,000 GMT or FSL Points. A total of 400 STEPN Genesis slots have been allocated for the lottery, which runs from December 8 to December 10.

The lottery is open to users with an FSL ID as well as anyone holding a Solana (SOL) wallet, expanding accessibility beyond the core STEPN community.

Through this high-profile partnership, STEPN aims to strengthen its position in the NFT sneaker market. Additionally, holders of the new NFT sneakers will gain exclusive access to Lamborghini’s brand experience platform, Fast ForWorld, offering utilities that extend far beyond simple collectible ownership.

Strategic Collaboration With a Global Luxury Brand

The announcement comes at a time when the NFT and blockchain markets have cooled from earlier market highs. By leveraging Lamborghini’s brand power, STEPN is targeting new user acquisition and ecosystem expansion.

The timing aligned with December’s holiday season signals a strategic effort to capitalize on renewed market interest and seasonal consumer activity.

Lamborghini has previously participated in NFT gaming and blockchain-based digital products, demonstrating the luxury brand’s ongoing commitment to innovation in the digital space. STEPN has also collaborated with brands like Casio, launching NFT sneakers inspired by the company’s digital watches.

Industry analysts say such cross-industry collaborations are key drivers of global NFT adoption, helping bridge traditional luxury brands with emerging Web3 ecosystems.
