Financial plan in investment document is not a discount table depending of funds raised. It is part of your business planning after estimated funds raised, it is about how you will run the project including product development. The project has a good team so it is a quiz for me why their WP is so scarce

Team consists of members who are qualified in their own fields but addition of more individuals with blockchain and crypto experience is a must. Vision needs further definition as shown by the whitepaper. The road map needs adjustment so that a beta can be presented for validation of the concept. Get together and readjust.

No beta until Q4 is a drawback, ICO may be too early. You should have an alpha or beta ready close to the crowd raise to instil credibility
Whitepaper is well done and polished but missing a few elements. You talk about makret potential but not enough about the strategy. How are you going to create adoption of this product? What is the sales and makreting strategy for market penetration and community building? Also need more details om token metrics, full use of funds, and different scenarios. Also you should mention the competition, as this is a very competitive space with many other projects working on similar solutions
I like the use of case studies and overall, the project seems promising.
CEO and team have a strong background but wish there was more blockchain experience on the team.
