I dont see enough skills either in blockchain or AI. There is no competitive analysis with other ICOs in real estate which is unforgivable in such a crowded space. When you say in your feedback you "have no competitors" it really disappoints. Competitors always exist! May be not in the same product but in solution for sure. No numbered business planning in their whitepaper as well.

I have mixed feelings about this project. Their team is small , just 9 members, but they are backed by 2 investors and plenty of advisors which in the end is a plus since they can outsource tasks.
They have an MVP available and their vision is somewhat original. To be honest this project seems quite promising.

Team is good and experienced. There are already many ico project working on real estate. I know, the demand is there and market is huge but you have to come up with something unique. Whitepaper is good. No clear point on why to use blockchain. Best of luck team.

Another ICO on real estate. I agree that there is a huge market that can be tapped, however, the team needs to carry out a detailed competitive analysis of the various existing players in the market. Apart from the investor’s ROI, the team needs to put their focus on their USP, which will help them stand out. The team seems fairly experienced in blockchain technology. Good luck.

Good team but I would expect more devs and AI experts! Whitepaper is comprehensive but it seems yet another project for real estate! Too much competition in this area and it's difficult to survive unless have a solid ground base! MVP is difficult to understand and tryout how is it related to Blockchain! Personally I don't see ROI for investors but I would be glad to be proved wrong. Good luck team!

Team's strength and expertise is rather questionable to me. Blockchain expertise in particular, not the greatest, left alone the arguable need for a blockchain tech in this project to begin with.
I don't get your tokenomics either, I think its rather weak.
Marketing strategy is either poor or weakly executed, especially the content part.

Personally, I think that this is an interesting idea in a highly competitive market. There are many projects like this either with AI, Blockchain or traditional platforms. How you make yourself differentiate with other existing players. This is very important as you are convincing investors to contribute to the project. The only thing that all investors at all stages care is their ROI.

Founder is one of the most persistent and dedicated entrepreneurs I've seen.
The business model seems reasonable and the team has an excessive experience in the industry. The product does need some polishing, and the presentation could have some work.

Here is my review about AgentMile ICO after my interview with Wladimir. First of all about Team... I like team behind of this project and believe that they will finish this project. Secondly, there is existed company behind this ICO and that's why they reached softcap very fast! It is great success in this bear market. Lastly, I like idea with decentralizing big market of commercial real estate.

There are many projects based on Real Estate and the market is very competitive. It would be nice to see something unique even if it’s been built on an already existing business. I do believe that AI will be key to providing both ease of use and practicality of product.

Agentmile has a blend of resources who have experience in different fields including blockchain. I feel they have a good quality of resources for project implementation.
Vision of the company is very clear, and using AI to understand the commercial real estate market is a very innovative solution.

I believe that the real estate use case for blockchain is very real and will happen.
- Team is experienced.
- An actual agent network with 1,000 agents.
- Communication can be upped one notch.

The team has extensive background in the fields.
The product combines a number of best practices and highly sought-after features. A big team with long history. The CEO has been an active entrepreneur in the past with a previous company in the same industry as is this project - commercial real estate (agentdrive.com). This is a huge plus, since most ICOs out there have no track record nor experience.
I like their slogan and vision "Revolutionizing Commercial Real Estate". To quote their white paper "The CRE market in the US alone amounts to $15 trillion" - this project can go through the roof if they get the market share I expect.
This ICO is one of the few that really need blockchain in their model. Digital identities of people and properties will definitely revolutionize the real estate space.
Total 15/15: Highly recommended ICO and an excellent white paper!

in 85 PAGES of whitepaper there is no proper explanation of "first decentralized CRE leasing platform powered by AI" technology. How that AI will work, learn, predict. Is A stands for Artificial or Automated - huge difference. Token economics very bad

The train on AI left the station a while ago.. and hundreds of million has already been invested in start-ups targeting the same!
Already some companies are offering AI in Real Estate for example to identify attractive investment properties or to accurately forecast which neighborhoods, will experience the biggest bump in value over a certain time period or replaced real estate agents by searching best buyers or making appraisal by analysing ads, etc...
All these services are for specific markets and for a fee that investors, lenders, tenants and brokers are ready to pay. So I don’t understand why a new crypto?
