As the escalating US-Israeli conflict with Iran continues, the crypto markets have become intensely volatile yet resilient, with Bitcoin holding near $70,000 and maintaining its status as a safe-haven asset while traditional stocks tumble amid macro fears. AI tools like ChatGPT have become vitally important for traders and investors as the uncertainty intensifies, because they process real-time data from news feeds, ETF and price trackers, and blockchain explorers faster than any human team could – identifying links between geopolitical shocks and price swings that reveal significant opportunities.
Given how challenging the current market conditions are, we decided to test ChatGPT’s ability to provide useful insights and crypto price predictions. For this article, we picked Bitcoin, XRP, Solana, and also Bitcoin Hyper (HYPER), which is a new presale project that’s about to launch its Bitcoin Layer 2 mainnet at the end of this quarter. Following ChatGPT’s analysis, it appears that the HYPER presale could offer the greatest potential gains by the end of 2026, with a predicted 30x price increase.
Bitcoin (BTC)
As noted above, Bitcoin is currently trading around $70,000, and ChatGPT stated that “the structural setup for the next cycle strongly supports a move to $150,000 by the end of 2026.” The AI also clarified that “the core driver is the post-halving supply shock combined with institutional demand,” and “the 2024 Bitcoin halving reduced new issuance by 50%, meaning fewer new coins enter circulation every day while demand from ETFs, hedge funds, and sovereign wealth capital continues to grow.”
Looking at the bigger picture, ChatGPT pointed out that “the second driver is Bitcoin’s transformation into a macro asset, as large financial institutions now treat it as a scarce digital commodity similar to gold.”
As global debt expands and fiat currencies continue to debase, capital is flowing into assets with fixed supply – and there will only ever be 21 million BTC, with a large percentage already locked in long-term holdings. As ChatGPT explained, “when marginal demand rises against a fixed supply asset, price moves become exponential. A move from $70,000 to $150,000 represents only an approximately 2.1x increase, which is historically modest for a post-halving cycle and well within Bitcoin’s established growth pattern.”
XRP (XRP)
XRP’s live trading price is $1.38 – and a move to $4 would involve a roughly 3x expansion, making it a reasonable end-of-2026 target according to ChatGPT. With the SEC case against Ripple Labs now firmly in the rear-view mirror, ChatGPT focused on “liquidity expansion in the broader crypto market during the current cycle.”
In particular, the AI examined crypto market data and noted that “when Bitcoin leads a major bull run, capital rotates into large-cap altcoins with strong narratives and deep liquidity. XRP historically performs explosive catch-up rallies once capital rotates from Bitcoin and Ethereum into large legacy altcoins.”
With one of the largest Web3 communities, deep exchange liquidity, and strong recognition among institutions, XRP “is positioned to capture a significant portion of this rotation,” in ChatGPT’s view.
This all makes a $4 XRP target “a modest goal relative to XRP’s historical cycle moves, and achievable as market liquidity peaks in 2026.”
Solana (SOL)
As of Q1 2026, ChatGPT said that Solana’s “core bullish driver is its dominance as the highest-performance smart contract chain with real user activity.” Solana consistently processes extremely high transaction throughput at very low cost, which has made it the preferred network for consumer-facing crypto applications like decentralized exchanges, NFT platforms, gaming, and social apps.
For ChatGPT, “this performance advantage has translated into strong ecosystem growth, with major DeFi protocols, stablecoin activity, and developer migration expanding rapidly. As more applications launch on Solana, demand for SOL increases because the token is required for transaction fees and staking.”
Moving to the second aspect of the AI’s bullish prediction, “the second major catalyst is capital rotation during the crypto cycle. As Bitcoin pushes the market higher, capital historically rotates into large-cap Layer-1 networks with strong ecosystems. Solana is widely seen as the primary high-performance alternative to Ethereum, which positions it to absorb a large share of new liquidity entering the market.”
Finally, ChatGPT observed that “the Solana network also has one of the most active developer communities and rapidly expanding on-chain activity, both of which are strong predictors of long-term value.” Considering that an $86–$300 move “represents about a 3.5×,” ChatGPT sees this as straightforward “compared with Solana’s previous cycle growth, and highly possible during a full altcoin market expansion.”
Bitcoin Hyper (HYPER)
As Bitcoin, XRP, and Solana are the world’s largest, fifth-largest, and seventh-largest cryptocurrencies by market cap, their potential upside is far more limited than small-cap presale projects like Bitcoin Hyper (HYPER). This gap is a major reason why ChatGPT predicts potential 30x gains for HYPER in 2026, targeting $0.41 based on the coin’s current presale price of $0.0136769.
ChatGPT’s “bullish thesis is that Bitcoin Hyper aims to solve Bitcoin’s biggest structural limitations: scalability, speed, and programmability.” Furthermore, “the project proposes a Bitcoin Layer-2 network that integrates the Solana Virtual Machine (SVM) to enable fast smart-contract execution, low transaction fees, and decentralized applications while anchoring security to Bitcoin’s base layer.”
In simple terms, “this architecture allows Bitcoin to support DeFi, NFTs, gaming, and other complex applications that normally exist on smart-contract chains like Ethereum or Solana.” ChatGPT also explained that if Bitcoin Hyper is successful, “this positioning gives it access to the largest and most trusted asset in crypto – Bitcoin – while expanding its capabilities dramatically.”
“Token economics and early-stage market positioning” also play key roles, according to ChatGPT’s analysis. The L2’s ecosystem token, HYPER, is used for transaction fees, staking, and governance across the Layer-2 network. ChatGPT also noted that “early presale investors also have access to 37% staking rewards and ecosystem incentives, which encourages long-term holding and network participation. With a fixed supply of 21 billion tokens, and a development roadmap that includes mainnet deployment, exchange listings, and DAO governance by 2026, the project has multiple catalysts that could trigger valuation expansion as liquidity enters the ecosystem.”
Therefore, if we assume a strong altcoin cycle in 2026, “early infrastructure projects tied to Bitcoin narratives could experience exponential repricing, making a 30x move within a full market cycle entirely plausible if adoption follows Bitcoin Hyper’s roadmap.”
