In an era of relentless volatility, the cryptocurrency market this week has once again proven that AI tools are a real necessity for traders and investors. From hotter-than-expected US inflation data to a lawsuit that suddenly catapulted Terra Classic into a 40% daily move, it’s clear that human intuition alone cannot process the flood of news events, on-chain metrics, data flows, regulatory signals, and global sentiment shifts fast enough to stay ahead.
Because AI is rapidly becoming the great equalizer for retail traders and institutional players alike, we asked Google’s Gemini LLM for end-of-2026 price predictions covering Ethereum, Cardano, and a crypto presale project called Bitcoin Hyper (HYPER), which has raised almost $32 million in a matter of months.
Ethereum (ETH)
As ETH is the world’s second-largest crypto by market cap, Gemini immediately acknowledged its status as “the undisputed backbone of the programmable economy,” and highlighted its transition “from a speculative asset to a foundational global settlement layer.”
Gemini put forth a “bullish thesis for a $4,500 target by the end of this year,” as “Ethereum has entered a predictable, high-frequency upgrade cycle – starting with Glamsterdam in early 2026.” The AI noted that Ethereum’s 2025 Pectra and Fusaka upgrades have already begun “systematically solving the blockchain trilemma by scaling the network to handle millions of transactions via Layer 2 (L2) rollups,” while also “maintaining the security that institutions demand.”
Simply put, this means that ETH could see rapid price appreciation throughout the rest of the year, unless a bearish “black swan” event disrupts its progress.
Web3 users have long been clamoring for simpler services – and Gemini claimed that we “are moving toward a frictionless user experience where smart contract wallets become the default, eliminating the complexity that previously sidelined mainstream capital.” Ethereum spot ETFs could add “steady, structural buy pressure,” helping to support ETH’s price and set progressively higher floors over the coming months.
Cardano (ADA)
According to Gemini, “Cardano is currently undergoing a radical metamorphosis from a research-heavy project into a fully decentralized, community-governed powerhouse.” Along the way, ADA could potentially see a series of price pumps that indicate “a $1.50 target by the end of 2026, fueled by the completion of the Voltaire era.”
The AI stated that this isn’t just a technical update – instead, “it’s the final handoff of the network from its founding entities to the community.” With the Chang hard fork successfully completed, and the van Rossem upgrade currently rolling out, Gemini also pointed out that “Cardano has unlocked a $420 million community treasury that is now being deployed to fund massive ecosystem growth.”
Unlike many so-called “VC chains,” Gemini highlighted Cardano’s growth as “organic and sustained by over 1.3 million staking wallets, creating a supply sink that will catalyze a major price re-rating as institutional liquidity begins to trickle in.” The Hydra and Midnight projects are also due to turbocharge the Cardano ecosystem this year – so Gemini’s $1.50 ADA price seems more than reasonable.
Bitcoin Hyper (HYPER)
As “a critical technological bridge between the world’s most secure asset, Bitcoin, and the world’s fastest execution environment, the Solana Virtual Machine (SVM),” Gemini sees Bitcoin Hyper (HYPER) as a vitally important contributor to BTC’s future growth. The AI predicted “a 20x return by the end of 2026, predicated on HYPER’s status as a premier Layer 2 (L2) solution that solves Bitcoin’s utility gap.”
By leveraging ZK proofs and a Canonical Bridge, Bitcoin Hyper enables instant, low-cost transactions and complex smart contracts while inheriting the security of the Bitcoin base layer. Gemini calls this a “Best of Both Worlds architecture,” and “essential for the 2026 market, where institutional demand for Bitcoin-based DeFi and tokenized assets (RWAs) is projected to explode.”
Gemini predicted immense adoption growth for Bitcoin Hyper, stating that “as users migrate from slower L1 transactions to HYPER’s high-throughput L2, the demand for the token as the network’s gas and staking asset creates a massive supply-side squeeze.” As the Bitcoin Hyper presale is racing toward the $32 million milestone, with HYPER priced at $0.0136762 and a live staking contract offering a 37% APY, Gemini considers its 20x prediction to be “mathematically consistent with capturing just a fraction of the total Bitcoin L2 market share.”
