It’s been an exciting couple of days for Bitcoin holders, who are finally seeing BTC show signs of bullish support across spot markets and even Wall Street ETFs. Those TradFi products saw $506.51 million in inflows on Wednesday, bringing their weekly net total to $560.41 million. After five consecutive weeks of net outflows that drained roughly $3.8 billion, this turnaround has finally given the bulls reason to remain optimistic about BTC’s near-term prospects.
Meanwhile, crypto presales are continuing to bring in millions of dollars from traders seeking out ground-floor opportunities in projects capable of tackling Bitcoin’s practical limitations head-on. As Bitcoin Hyper (HYPER) is speeding ahead with its new Bitcoin Layer 2 chain, which is due to launch by the end of March, its presale has now raised $31.6 million – ranking HYPER among the best crypto presales of 2026 so far.
Bitcoin Defends Key Levels After ETF Outflows Total $3.8 Billion
Just last week, Bitcoin still faced sustained pressure from ETF redemptions and miner selling. BTC’s five-week ETF outflow streak reached $3.8 billion across US spot products, and the mining company Bitdeer liquidated its full Bitcoin holdings to fund other operations. By this Tuesday, Bitcoin’s price had dropped to test the $62,500 area – before buyers stepped in and pushed the asset back above $67,000 yesterday.
The trader Pentoshi summed up the wider sentiment by insisting that bulls “just have to wait,” and reiterated his previous prediction that BTC will retest $74,000 and $80,000 in the weeks ahead.
Yup, think $BTC going to go for it. just have to wait. that's it https://t.co/NsHXjadRiJ pic.twitter.com/dr6OWiSoBe

Regardless of where Bitcoin goes next, this latest consolidation phase has clearly highlighted the need for upgrades that expand what BTC can actually do beyond offering holders a place to park their funds. And that context puts the spotlight directly on Bitcoin Hyper (HYPER).
Bitcoin Hyper Presale Reaches $31.63 Million for Fastest Bitcoin L2
The dev team working on Bitcoin Hyper (HYPER) is building potentially the fastest-ever Bitcoin Layer 2 network. It will use the Solana Virtual Machine (SVM) for execution while anchoring everything to Bitcoin’s Layer 1 security. The original L1 can only handle roughly seven transactions per second at most – but Bitcoin Hyper’s L2 design is expected to deliver almost instant finality, extremely high throughput rates, and consistently low fees for smart contracts, DeFi, gaming dApps, and more.
The L2’s non-custodial Canonical Bridge follows a series of straightforward steps. Users will send native BTC to a monitored address on the Bitcoin Layer 1, and then the Bitcoin Relay Program (an SVM smart contract) verifies block headers and transaction proofs before minting equivalent Wrapped BTC (WBTC) on the Layer 2.
Now THAT'S a deal that's too good to pass up.https://t.co/VNG0P4GuDo pic.twitter.com/XynNETUG5V

For withdrawals, users will burn their WBTC on the Layer 2, wait for state proofs to confirm the request, and have their native BTC returned to the relevant address on Bitcoin’s L1. Transaction batches will be compressed and anchored periodically to Bitcoin for immutable final settlement.
HYPER will serve as the L2’s native token, with a fixed supply capped at 21 billion. Its tokenomics allocations are set up to fund development (30%), a treasury (25%), marketing (20%), rewards (15%), and exchange listings (10%). HYPER’s token functions will include gas fee payments, staking rewards, governance voting through a DAO (set to launch in mid-2026), and access to premium ecosystem features.
37% Staking APY Positions Bitcoin Hyper Presale for Long-Term Growth
Bitcoin Hyper’s roadmap has scheduled the L2’s mainnet launch, bridge activation, and the HYPER token’s exchange debut for the end of Q1. A developer toolkit release, the first dApp integrations, more exchange listings, and DAO governance are expected to follow during Q2. Audits of the project’s smart contracts have already been completed – and with $31.63 million already secured via the presale, the project has moved into its final preparation stage.
HYPER tokens are priced at $0.0136762 during the latest stage of the presale, and the next price increase is due to take place later today. Buyers who purchase and stake immediately receive a 37% APY reward rate, which encourages long-term holding rather than short-term flips.
Bitcoin’s ongoing turbulence proves the value of a new Layer 2 that unlocks Solana-level speed for Bitcoin-native assets, and offers BTC maxis a way to grow their portfolios without selling their favorite coin. With the $32 million milestone coming up fast, and experts like Pentoshi predicting another BTC price surge ahead of HYPER’s exchange debut, Bitcoin Hyper looks perfectly set up to succeed as Q1 continues.
