About

Manlai Bat-Orshikh is alumnus of Colorado State University (CSU) and with his degree in computer science, he founded a technology company Mezorn LLC in his hometown Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.
Also, he has co-founded several successful startups such as UBCab - taxi hailing system and UBCab Express - onDemand service platform.

Before he enrolled at CSU, Manlai attended a local school, Mongolian University of Science and Technology, majored in software engineering. Even though he had not yet graduated by the time, he got already familiar with software development, and started to develop his first ever enterprise system for insurance sector. Later on that system was sold to one of the Mongolian largest insurance company MIG Insurance. Following up the successful beginning, he faced couple of failure and then decided to learn more.

At Colorado State University, he attended a distributed computing and embedded system courses which fascinated him. Manlai has never left those topics and after defending his thesis "serverless network in mobile client server systems and its data replication", he has been following his dream and researching for how those heavy enterprise systems work on distributed networks.

Applying his over 10 years of distributed computing research and system analytics experience, Manlai found a solution and established the company Karvuon LLC to develop blockchain based SCADA system.
