Ken Cucchia is an Entrepreneur and ICO Adviser from New Jersey. Ken is the Founder of ListaCoin DEX, and a co-Founder of "How Can I Help You?,” a community driven project designed to promote kindness and service in communities around the world, which he founded along with blockchain evangelist, and FairCoin activist, Neil Haran. Ken's areas of expertise are in the fields of marketing & business development, but his research study on airdrops and bounty campaigns over the last 2+ years, have provided a deep understanding of the key components required to create, build and maintain the loyal, active and engaged communities that are the backbone of the blockchain economy. For tokens or coins to develop into anything more than empty securities, they require strong communities of loyal, pro-active "HODLers" to survive. Even more important is the process of transitioning the top five to ten percent of contributors within a community into evangelists, activists and hardcore fanatics. There are many ways to achieve this - and it will vary from person to person, but these users are the lifeblood of the blockchain movement. Without a strong community, a project is destined to become nothing more than a data point on the list of more than 80% of ICO companies that are worth less today than they were at the end of their public sale.
Ken graduated from Seton Hall University (NJ, USA) in 2010 with Bachelors Degrees in Business Management & Administration, and IT Management, and a certificate in Entrepreneurship. Before setting foot on a college campus for classes, Ken had the opportunity to learn about sales from one of the most brilliant minds in the country when it comes to business development and sales; Michael Coscetta, who is one of Ken's closest advisers, today serves as Global Head of Sales at Square, Inc. Rewind back to the Summer of 2005, Coscetta, then a 25 year old recent graduate of Harvard University, was a Region Manager in Bergen County, NJ for Vector Marketing. While selling CUTCO Cutlery may not have been the most glamorous job on earth, it was here, under the tutelage of Coscetta, where Ken developed the foundation of his business pedigree, tireless work ethic and his passion for being an entrepreneur and self-starter.
In the first 10 days on the job, Ken achieved recognition as a winner of the "Fast Start" competition, selling over $10K in CUTCO Cutlery. For the Summer campaign, Ken received the Vector Marketing "All American Scholarship Award" for placing 28th in the nation out of > 55K total sales representatives. In 2006, Ken also achieved recognition as a Top Personal Sales Leader and was awarded Vector Marketing's "Rising Star Award," and was welcomed into the President's Club. In 2007, Ken reached his Field Sales Manager promotion which allowed him to earn 50% on all sales, and in 2008, Coscetta promoted Ken to be his Assistant Manager upon receiving his own promotion to Division Manager for the Northeast Division of the company. At the end of his four year tenure at Vector, Ken had just under 100K in career personal sales, and to this day, strives to live by the words his mentor began to instill in him from the age of seventeen during sales training.
"If you do the right things, the right things will happen."

Soon after graduation, Ken started his entrepreneurial journey by founding Deals4Meals, an online ordering & restaurant delivery service for restaurants in college markets, in June 2010. While operating Deals4Meals, Kenneth developed partnerships with some of the largest organizations in the world including Blackboard Inc., The American Cancer Society, Relay For Life, Atrium Campus, California Pizza Kitchen, Dinosaur Bar-B-Que, among others, and is a workaholic in every sense of the word. It’s not work when you love what you do. In 2012, while operating his startup, Ken finished up his MBA in Marketing at Seton Hall University and became the youngest President in the over 100 year history of the South Orange Chamber of Commerce, where he was instrumental in bringing the organization, which had seen its robust paying member roll fall to under just eighteen, back to life, with over seventy paid members on the organization's roll upon leaving office in 2014. During his two years in office, the SOCC became well known in the state for organizing some of the most well attended networking events in Northern New Jersey, and facilitated several co-sponsored events in partnership with other local Chambers, which included guest speaking appearances by representatives from HubSpot, Square and Shopify, as part of Ken’s effort to bring new and useful technologies into the hands of brick & mortar business owners, and aspiring internet entrepreneurs.
Ken's passion for marketing strategy, unique ability to build communities and keep users engaged, and 2+ years of critical research on bounty and airdrop campaigns have made him a highly sought after adviser to crypto-entrepreneurs and their respective teams in 2018. If you are interested in Ken's services as an Adviser, you may reach out to him via the "Contact" page on this site. Ken spends his leisure time researching cryptocurrencies, developing lucrative altcoin investment strategies (yes, I love my work), participating in airdrop and bounty programs, thinking while listening to underground U.K. dubstep and heavy bass music, occasionally attending festivals & concerts, learning about new technology, and spending time with his family and his loyal pit-terrier, Manny.
The rest of the story shall be the future, and soon thereafter, history.
