As CSO of Buying.com Joshua oversees the firm's business operations including client service, delivery, thought leadership, and investment banking compliance. He is responsible for the global token delivery of the buying.com platform and maintaining regular compliance with STO practices, Reg D, Reg S rules.
Prior to that, Joshua was involved in Deloitte Consulting and middle market banking where he specialized in M&A, capital markets, and accelerating market acquisition through technology for startups. Apart from that, Joshua currently acts as a Senior Lecturer in Strategy and Finance at New York University
