I am a ICO incubator, and blockchain service envisioner in Korea. I am convinced that a thoughtful design process and a business spirit can go hand in hand. So I shape customer experiences and transforms services, organizations, and communities accordingly as a director of service at bitbank. I have worked across a broad range of categories, articulating customer experience to business strategy and defined experiences that benefit customers, employees, and the companies. Especially my sharp observation toward the customer mindsets that remain unchanged regardless of time and markets helps her shape spot-on business strategies.
I hold a Master’s Degree in the Visual and UX design and a Bachelor of Arts in the Cognitive Engineering of Psychology. I wrote 'Micro trend psychology', examined the point at which the taste of a number captures the minds of many and emerges as a trend based on the working principle of the human mind. Also I translated 'Outside in', ‘Interviewing Users’, and is also an op-ed guest columnist at the Hyundai Research Institute, looking for hidden insights underneath the ever-changing global community. As an atypical thinker, I am a passionate reader who travels and steps out of my own comfort zone.
