South Korean Gov’t announces second study group for Blockchain administrative rule
According to the news, the South Korean ministry of science and ICT is going to run a follow-up study on Blockchain regulation. The study will figure out how the Blockchain regulation could be improved so that it can affect a large area can adobe it and make their daily life better with blockchain. The study is known as the Blockchain regulation improvement study. The group was launched in the last year and run by government's science and Tech. Initially focused on personal privacy and application of distributed computing system.
This year their focus will be of pertaining areas where blockchain can achieve public services, healthcare, finance, logistics and energy.
Blockchain Technology to its Citizen Cards
According to the capital of South Korea report that they will add blockchain technology to its citizen cards. This will allow the cardholders to easily verify their identity and access administrative services.
Governments Action
According to the Press release, governments in the country around the world are planning to implement the blockchain strategies for economic development, including UAE, New Zealand, Germany and Australia.
