Team needs more experience and developers with blockchain experience. Also could use some advisors to help with the direction, strategy, marketing, and implementation.
Roadmap is feasible. Great vision here with AI integration, making it a unique solution for many users. KYC passed which is great. Token price of 0.20 pay be considered expensive during a bear market. I would revisit your tokenomics and token metrics, total supply, and price per token if you are conducting an ICO in the current market.
Don't think you need all the different bonus tiers, seems to be too many.
i can see the use case and adoption possible here, if executed the right way.
one more thing, the whitepaper looks more like marketing brochure than a whitepaper. you may want to provide more technical details or mention your Github if your code is public.
Are the partnerships mentioned in the whitepaper already secured or just an example of potential partners? Those are pretty big partners that can expedite the success of this project if the deals are already in the bag.

Start off by rating the team a 3. I have a feeling that if I knew the leadership team personally that I'd rate them higher based on capability as opposed to experience but I looked at the whole team and some people have this listed as their first job or worked in unrelated gigs. So I would have expected more video and more ecommerce experience but perhaps that will come. They did list on their roadmap that they were going down one route as a company and then they decided to pivot, which is reassuring in and of itself in terms of leadership - ability to adapt. The vision isn't a new one but it is very much on trend. Global Video On-Demand is a $40B+ industry easy and many photography marketplaces (i.e. Snapwi.re) recently moved to video on-demand as well in order to capitalize on this trend. The AI layer is still relatively new and there's room to carve off market share in this growing industry. Most of the Video Ecommerce solutions that have pitched me in the past targeted retailers and consumer packaged goods. It's interesting that Yondo already has traction in other services and verticals & layering in a rewards system with retailers for the YondoCoin. This means they could build up good case studies & history then spread out into other verticals. I'm not sure why they didn't just go the VC route, they certainly as a partner of Slack have targeted the Slack Fund or perhaps other Funds and then just go with a more traditional points based rewards & referral program. The biggest thing to note is that they already have traction and users. Best wishes with the project. Video can be very expensive for high quality and if they can get good ROI out of this for enterprise level customers they could do very well.
