TANZŌ uses geolocation and timestamp functionality, in combination with blockchain technology, to verify the identity and authenticity of each new crafter, as well as each new item. On TANZŌ, all crafters are real and are selling their own handmade goods under their own name. There are three main components which will define the success of the platform: Sellers, Buyers, and Products. By expending the crafter community and attracting more and more new buyers TANZŌ will become the largest online space for trading with handmade items. Based on our 5 years business plan our projections are to have over 300K crafters, 1M active buyers and nearly 3M listed handmade creations.
Forecast for 2022 shows that TANZŌ will be generating almost 4M in net revenues and a bit over 2M in community rewards. The more sales we have on the platform the more tokens will be needed for platform fees and for rewards. This will organically grow the demand, therefore, the price of the token will increase. This will also increase the wealth within the community.

This is an interesting project, overall. It fills a real need, although it's not solving a broad problem, but a specific one.
The whitepaper is very well written and clear. They also offer a light-paper, one-pager and also the website info, and all of them are consistent, which makes it easier for contributors to participate, potentially resulting in a more successful ICO.
The MVP was temporarily taken down. I will submit my final score once I see it, although it looks good in the screenshots and the solution overview shows a good plan.
They have a strong team and that is very important to deliver a good product, both technically and in the business perspective.

Real issue being tackled here, although i would say it is not something to shout about.
Team is above average. KYC pass.
MVP is available and so is road map. Nothing too difficult to develop here so i dont think there is any development risk.
The thing is this should not be restricted to just crafters and crafts, there is quite a lot of potential for such eco systems.
On the other hands there are already other such BC system around so maybe focusing on crafts might create an unique market niche for tanzo.
I anticipate the hype for this to be quite small especially in the current zombie state of the ico world, never the less it is a decent project.
To be honest the hard cap is pretty high for such a project, under 10 million would be more reasonable, and would attract more investors

2. we need to understand tokenomics here, because tokens can only grow in value if the demand of it raise faster than the supply of it.
a) what happens to the tokens when say a sale is done? does it get burn or get back to the system? if it gets burn then the supply would be lesser and tokenomics would make senses here.
b) if the seller need to sell his or her tokens in the public exchange, that means the supply of tokens would keep regenerating in the market thus making the token velocity high and thus the token would not grow much in value.
ya we have to get this clear else we waste time building an ecosystem but the tokens have little value of appreciation.

1. Tanzo seems to have a great team at chief level, core level, and advisors.
2. Protecting originality of craftsmanship is one of areas that blockchain can contribute. Tanzo can help establish fair and trustful marketplace for handmade goods. The vision looks good.
3. In overall, the product positioning looks ok. The most challenging part, also risky part, may be the connection of physical good to digital form of asset to keep originality. This challenge is not only for Tanzo, but for whole IOT with blockchain area. Tanzo seems to use QR code at the beginning. For this connection, even hardware like IoT chip or PUF chip can be considered. The success of the product will depend on the wide acceptance from craftsmanship community in relatively short period of time. Tanzo may want to actively extend partnership with IoT companies and various areas of craftmanship.
