It is difficult to give review with score of 5, so I am thinking very carefully. The project deserves rating because of the facts:
Unique idea - there is no other land backed token (tokenised real estate) on the market and it solves number of very important problems that exist in the crypto market. Various top experts have written that they believe it is excellent project. It helps crypto industry move ahead and supports the development of cmmunity and moving Crypto to the mainstream, which it has a number of good solutions. Documentation (WP, Philosophy Paper, Technical Paper) very detailed and much thought. Clever ideas, good solutuons. Top experts involved and team is at an outstanding level with experience in all areas that the product need to succeed. Across all the channels, response from community is very positive. It is not a money-grab, token economic very fair. It is clearly project focused on long term not short term. It does not only look at benefits for buyers but it looks at the long term development of the crypto market and even improving global commerce by introducing positive values in the idea of money. At first little difficult to understand all ideas but when reading again, this project and team can really help the Crypto market, the buyers they get good rewards and team is not trying to grab money but do real business. This we should support.
