Olyseum is a tech company focused on sports with a collaborative design. Our goal is to bring stars and fans closer and allow them monetize their audience and engagement. We have a native token called OLY. The OLY token is a utility token that has been certified by FINMA (swiss regulator), giving us a non-action letter for utility tokens and a tax ruling, one of the only companies in Switzerland with this approval. The OLY token aims to recreate the dynamics of a circular economy. In a circular economy, the resources within it are exchanged back and forth among participants, with minimum “waste” outside the system. As the economy adds more participants to it, and as participants increase their interactions, there’s a natural increase of demand for the means of exchange, which in this case is the OLY token. The OLY token will allow users to gain access to exclusive experiences, products and services, built with top level stars. The token will be earned by fans by actively interacting with content and other social activity. The token will mainly be purchased by brands either to the market or direct in retail. Retail will always be higher price, so we will encourage a continuous demand to the exchange we will partner with. Around a 30% of the advertising income will be used to automatically buy OLY tokens on the secondary market to provide rewards to our active users, depending on their engagement.
