NOIZ is an AI-enabled, decentralized ad exchange platform based on the blockchain. It provides data transparency and solves the problem of ad fraud by using a Proof of Engagement concept that validates user data. Ad exchanges will be a commercial holy grail in the next 1-2 years. Many blockchain companies have attempted (but failed). Doesn't mean they should stop trying, and this team certainly is giving this a good go. Will keep monitoring this project for its measured progress.

The future of marketing is through direct relationships between producers and consumers.
Supply chains are changing. Banking is changing. Communications has already changed so much and technology allows us to interact directly.
Why not advertising?
In a world where most marketing dollars are still offline, anything reducing friction and accelerating this transition will do well, provided the team is solid and the product works.
Noiz looks good to me.

The idea is old, there are many projects to be started with the same purpose. I don't find big differences with other ICOs.
The team (even if competent) seems to me small enough for a project of this magnitude.
The whitepaper is complete and detailed.
The roadmap is not well done, it is too poorly detailed and simplified.

I persoanlly come from an Ad-Tech background. I love the idea and believe there is huge fraud in the ad-tech industry. However I find it a bit hard to believe this product will be great for publishers. It’s like solving what comes first the eggs or chicken scenario. I believe building a transparent ad exchange, demand side platform and supply side platform and licensing that out would be a better approach and give a better chance for success (or something along those lines). Otherwise I find it very hard to believe you’ll have a high fill rate.

Whitepaper is just a marketing whitepaper and does not include much infos how they do things.
is centralized and flawed in my opinion as the Advertisers sends "money" to NOIZ and NOIZ is doing the exchange - where are they taken the liquidity from?
the project gives only away 45% in tokensale and the Founding team keeps 20% - that's a very high stake
is experienced in the Advertising industry but I do not see too much of expertise in the Crypto space

This is by no means a new or unique vision, and I am aware of a number of similar projects. However it is a bona fide use case of the blockchain, and extremely relevant to the current zeitgeist. In my view, the vision is highly likely to be realised, with the only question being whether or not Noiz manages to compete. I see no reason to remove any marks for vision. 5/5.
The core team seems complete and has an appropriate blend of traditional industry and technical experience. The list of advisors is also comprehensive, However, the number of countries the senior executives are based in, though not a problem at scale, may present challenges in the early days. 4/5.
The prototype looks promising, although the technology is obviously still being developed. Since the demo is only ‘coming soon’ I am scoring it 3/5 at this stage.
