No team really. Whitepaper sucks. This is a classic example of a business that is not Blockchain savvy but wants to jump on the bandwagon and raise some capital.

This is a weak ICO-- more of a play to tokenize and fund a 3-year old operation. You have to have some expertise in real estate to make this work, in my opinion.
