After years of extensive and tiresome experiences with the traditional casting industry iCasting was founded in 2013. The founders had a vision to change and boost this industry as we know it. A goal to make the unnecessarily difficult and slow processes within this industry simple, cheap and quick, while giving both parties the control and security they deserve.
This vision fueled our hard work and finally ignited the launch of our platform in 2015. Since then iCasting has grown larger and larger every day. At this moment our registered talents amount to 0,8% of the market’s total population, making iCasting the largest
talent database in The Netherlands!
And now it’s time to take the next step. With the use of blockchain technology and the Talent Token we can finally evolve into a the true talent ecosystem that we envisioned. A worldwide decentralized proces with full control and security in the hands of our clients and talents. Large fees and slow communications will be a thing of the past. It’s time to sideline the casting agencies. It’s time to disrupt the market globally.
Missing whitepaper? Let us know.

Casting process on blockchain? Is it possible or is it really necessary? Is this the same legal entity that raised 2 mln? I guess not. The team is numerous and knows its industry. But the WP has no numbers as to marketing or business planning. Why they need a decentralised blockchain technology? Looks far-fetched (pages 14-15 of the WP), the economics of token is vague. So I think the ICO here is just to try to raise more funds. Although the product maybe good (but anyway it is better to give numbers than pictures in the WP), but i dont see a good BLOCKCHAIN product here. And most likely there are no benefits to buy tokens here.

Good commercial product that can solve a major issue in the industry. Highly competitive though, so a lot of funds will be needed to market this. The blockchain aspect frankly is not well utilised, but I am looking forward to this product progressing.

Strong and experienced team. Great advisory board. Bold vision and working MVP. 140,000+ current talent registrations is impressive. Best of luck with this one!

After fully monitoring the project I saw that this company raised funds from 2013 to start their business and got some good number of funds over time ...... but I think company is failed to do their job that's why they start from the beginning.......... in my opinion if you have existing platform huge number of talents and clients .... ICO is enough to raise funds and business development.
Vision is good but I am thinking about the team how they can execution their plan. Also I want to know about ROI how this projects token holder will get ROI? Thank you.
After deep discussion with the CEO I changed my mind .... I wish this project get success. Best of luck team

Icasting consists of a strong team. Idea is new and it will help the casting industry. Only problem is , there is definitely no need of blockchain technology. They need to spend enough money in marketing to make this project success. MVP is good. Good Luck Team.

Team is massive - Chief team is well experienced and has domain expertise of many years!
I understood the Talent Token concept but I don't see how it will give a chance to majority of talented people below the ICE-berg!
I think their Traditional system has been working well and I do not see this team needs an ICO to develop their Token on the Blockchain.
I have a strong belief if they have a real use-case scenario and if they prove by developing actual product then their Value will be much from VCs and other private investment.
Running ICO for this project seems greedy approach to me!
They have very poor social media presence - last Medium article was submitted on Aug 2nd and there is no activity on Github.

iCasting is an interesting concept. I would have preferred to see some real numbers and statistics in the whitepaper, which also lacks proper business planning. Though this idea can solve an ongoing issue in the industry, I don’t think there is a need for blockchain application for this particular project. The team is well qualified.

I provoked the command. The guys coped with the provocation with dignity. A good project is a good team.

A good team with great experience and a concrete background.
Unification of casting under a unique structure is nice and I hope it will be possible.
I still do not get why the token will be required, while blockchain would create a more transparent traceability

The team is numerous and experienced, but the WP doesn't look so good. Too many images, too little numbers, which are fundamental to make the project appealing. The concept is interesting, but the product in questionable, as well as the blockchain.

A relatively good team with an absurd vision and no product at all. In my opinion, this project will never work or generate any profits for the ICO investors. Why? Because the there is no need for a blockchain based, decentralised global casting industry!
Media production is still a relatively local process. Personal relations between producers, agents and talents play a key roll in the business. And last but not least the real talent pool is quite tight.
