This is a highly competitive field and a very expensive one to penetrate and market. The project needs to raise a substantial amount (hit hard cap) to be able to deploy this convincingly.

Team is strong but I don't see any experts that has worked intensively in the car sharing industry in the team. Should consider adding more to the team or at least advisors.
This market is huge and potential yet competitive, so it needs a comprehensive strategy make it attractive and have advantage against existing businesses in the industry.

The fundamental problem with HireGo (P2P Car Hire with Orgin Protocol), is that it looks very inconvenient and not interesting to the essence of any P2P project - the Users. Insurance and reliability parts is what every car owner worries most every time the vehicle is in other's hands. And no Smart Contract or Origin Protocol may transfer your reliability as a car owner in case of death or damages caused by vehicle malfunction (and you can;t know about them most of the time). In this business you have to own a car as a legal entity (better with a limited liability) with all proper legal paperwork and dozens of risks insured. And how do you protect from a variety of rental cars fraud? User in general is not a skilled mechanic thoroughly inspecting a vehicle after every single client. Parts swap, low quality fuel use, hiding damages and many others are happening even to professional rental companies on a regular basis. There seems to be no way for such business to go on any large scale with P2P model. Currently. May be in 5 years or more, when we may have proper insurance, laws and support services (including cheap car checks and all-around anti-fraud services).
Right now there are plenty "no goes" on the surface, which were not addressed even as major challenges in the White Paper.
On our website you would see we have considered all these issues already
- User identity using decentralized providers such as uPort.me
- We have partnered with decentralized and traditional insurance provides already to make the insurance aspect simple and a part of our app.
- We also have partners in the UK and Europe eager and ready to pilot our application in their car sharing networks when its in beta.

Team looks great with experience in blockchain. No doubt it can make wonders if realised. The market that Hirego will be in has competition from centralised providers like UBER and local providers like OLA in India. Am sure with team like this one it should be able to get product out soon.

Team is above average but that can be forgiven.. however a "trust-less p2p decentralized" system that relies on the company e the third party to release escrow funds sounds contradictory to me.
I do not see the value of using a blockchain or the token when i can use my crypto to pay for any car rental through other 3rd party providers.
Good luck just not my thing.
