Cool concept and love to see they have an MVP already. Tough space with a lot different apps to compete with. The success of Gastery seems like it will be dependent on the restaurants adopting and adapting to this technology. I can definitely see the benefits and use if executed properly. Solid team, I will be keeping an eye on this one.

The team well, market research is solid in the white paper.
The target is concentrated in Russia and I do not know whether foreign investors are interested.
The MVP of the application is not yet working and I do not know what it actually does. In other words, I do not know if the team has the ability to run this project.

In my opinion, I think this is an ok project, tough space to try and break into, and dealing with third parties can be hard to overcome.
This would be something ideal for say Orlando, I could see myself using something like this.

i tried it and think with the funding the team can build a better. platform.
It is a crowded space and the key differentiation of the business comes from the capability of the platform. I think the team will be able to deliver.

Gastery is a foodtech startup that seeks to improve the quality and speed of service delivery in HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering) institutions, and increase the income of the facilities.
Users of the Gastery app can find restaurants and order a meal fitting to them, while getting additional information and reviews as well. Users can pay for their meals using crypto, making them eligible for a 1% cashback.
The Gastery team is small, with some prior experience with businesses. However, looking through the LinkedIn profiles details are lacking, especially for the "team members".
There is a MVP available with which you can see how it will work when they go live. However, currently it seems to me it looks like it is almost the same as the Dutch site "Eet.nu", except for the fact it's based on the blockchain and one can use crypto for payments.
The team is promising profits if you buy in to their ICO within two years, which is a big red flag for me - as it will put the team on the radar of the SEC. They are also stating investors can get profit by selling the tokens to Gastery users by selling on the local exchange. Additionally, their referral program is a big pyramid scheme. All which seems very dubious to me.
The roadmap is stretched until 2021 and almost entirely focused on users in Russia. That's fine, but user adoptation in other countries will be lacking. Thus it is easy to state that x amount of downloads and x amount of new users monthly will be reached, but I think that's the Gastery team overpromising a lot.
Last things I want to address is that the team states they have early adopters, but I cannot find any information about that (e.g. news articles, publications, etc.). Also, please re-read the whitepaper as it contains a lot of spelling errors.
Currently I would advise to not enter the ICO (with a pre-sale bonus of 50%).
