The whole team strives to provide a product that will deliver all the promised functionalities and will be able to be upgraded in the future as the blockchain technology develops and governments are starting to fully digitalize their land registries. This will open a whole new world of opportunities in real estate market and the team aims to deliver a product that will not only survive but also grow in this new, exciting environment.
Interesting project on real estate. However, utilising ELES tokens to buy real estates might be tough simply because of the volatility of cryptocurrencies and especially alt coins. Seen a lot of projects that tried doing this but none have succeeded so far. However, would love to see how this team take it to the next level.

To explain (or answer) in a few short sentences - the price of the token will be indirectly defined by the real estate portfolio owned by the Fund. When putting RE on market, the price will be fixed in fiat money. So the drop (or rise) of BTC or ETH for example should not affect the value of ELES token too much. Also there is token economics that should be examined closely and to be compared to other projects you have seen in the past.
