- Management team has worked together at other Courierhome, important to see there is an existing dynamic at the executive management layer.

Facets to explore:
- Like to see a plan how they can manage the Courierhome business and this one at the same time. Who will they hand Courierhome off too?

- Some members listed on the team, only show themselves as advisors. Would want to see a plan for who will be behind the wheel full time.

Product / Vision:
- Nice plan to disrupt a current inefficient vertical with blockchain/crypto technology.

- Like the smartcontract use case, attempting to dispose of the need for LetterofCredit and collateral management by reconstructing the process.

Facets to explore:
- It states that this is a "pre" whitepaper, but it is a little concerning that the materials / website are in such rough shape and publicly available, initial concern is either they are running too fast and coming out too early, or they are not paying enough attention to this business.

- I'd feel more comfortable rating this product higher with more polished materials and an MVP.
