The team is not large enough to achieve their goals and they have not passed the KYC process yet, big red flag.
ClinicAll have an interesting idea here, with an active IEO in a shady exchange like latoken.
The problem is that they have many competence out there, looking for use blockchain and supplychain benefits on the medical and health industry.
I can't see any competitive advantage on the whitepaper and I have many doubts about a positive roi.
Risky investment.
