About team
Team is good and have good advisors. Passed kyc. CTO LinkedIn is so unprofessional and don't have any pictures. Team is full up with developers but missing of CMO and Legal person posting in team.
About vision :
There are many of them with the same Vision and in this competition market its not that easy to move forward with this kind of Vision. LinkedIn is a very strong and successful one.
MVP :
yes they have mvp.

I see one advisor with decent experience. But whole team is just ICO team, there is no one here who actually is going to be part of the business building the platform or marketing it.
If I do not see a strong business team and just an ICO team, that makes me less confident.
Milestone details are very basic. Investors should know more detailed milestone projections. It can change later, but it has to be there to give an idea.
Just 40% distributed in ICO creates lesser trust as well, irrespective of how the remaining tokens are used in the platform in the future.

Interesting project that kind of reminds me of the work of our well known crypto community fellow David Moscowitz. Not sure if the guys will do a better job than him.
Unfortunately, so far I see nobody in this team that I can trust even partially as much as I trust David, so I am very cautious towards this ICO.
Quite interesting and promising project. Experienced advisors and good, but professional team with an experience in software and smart contracts development.
KYC, is passed and as i checked up there is really a working platform with users. Team adequately estimates the volume of investment needed for development.
Project will not become a killer of LinkedIn, but who knows if it can occupy some worthy place in the market of recruitment and talent management.
Good luck to the team!

The team is good but seems to lack advanced marketing skills. Although the vision is sound there is a lack of how the vision will be differentiated. This extends to the product where there is little detail about how it works differently to other solutions, or delivers something more compelling.

Good advisors, but the team itself may need some additional support. For one, you need a CFO and a CMO. You can't apportion 40%+ into marketing without some kind of valid justification. It runs the risk of being managed like a mom & pop shop, and that's not good for overall business.
The vision is pretty nice, although definitely not unique. I do feel there are multiple ways this can be improved upon and built upon to get it to that point. A this stage I think it's fairly okay, but has a long way to go from here.
The product, major points for having a working product. Worth exploring what more can be added on to it prior to ICO in an effort to not only bring in investment, but also users simultaneously.
In terms of financials, very achievable cap. But I'd suggest capping giving away free tokens. It kills value in the long term. It's like an airdrop - just a gimmick and completely destroys the potential of a great project with a good currency powering it.
