As Vitalik has said recently - Misapplication of Blockchain Tech Leads to Wasted Time. This guys also urgently need a lawyer to tell them about usage of “return of investments” phrases in the WP and SEC’s threats. The project really lacks many needed competences and looks like a lousy attempt to unite football and blockchain hype.
Update. Just to be more precise why I rated that low. I dislike the concept of the project, its business model. I don’t find enough proper people among the team and advisors who could properly take care of fundraising. I see confusion between sto and ico approaches. No competitive analysis in the WP etc. There are other good and more detailed reviews here that state the same in other words below

I am impressed by the progress this project has been making since restarted from the last year. Their revamped whitepaper looks amazing.
The concept is something new in the market that I haven’t come across before. The vision of actual sports facilities meet the BASS is something unique.
I liked the Business model as they try to do the show case of their academies and then sell solution to independent providers as license which may keep the assets light.
Team CEO is solid and very active - I would recommend everyone in team needs to have updated their LinkedIn profile association with this project - I will then update Team score to full.
I liked some of the statistics in MVP even-though it is static - I would recommend to add some dynamism to the MVP to get a full score for that.
Thanks for answering all questions. Good luck with the project.

There are a number of similar projects doing a similar thing, although they have tried to find a niche by targeting football. The team is quite good, however I am not sure blockchain is needed here

Data science has already gained attention and has been utilized in areas such as training of players, game strategies, data collection and research of competitors, and so on.
Although this market is fierce, I think that this project will be the first penguin.Furthermore, it is considered that one of the factors of the success of this project is that the cost of introduction is also minimal because there is already big data. This is supported by the soft cap set by the project. We can also evaluate the target that is focusing on soccer, not in a broad sense. Rather than doing it extensively, it is very effective to focus on specialty areas. Roadmap is also appropriate, team members are strong.

This is a really neat concept and something I have not seen too much of. However I don't see how blockchain fits into this. I'm all for helping and empowering the younger generation of athletes but I'm not sure this needs to be a blockchain project.

They are praying for the development of world football as the first principle and are familiar with methods for nurturing excellent players of the future from both training and finance.
Also, I highly appreciate their efforts directly connected to children's support such as school books as well as football. This is the ideal way to use block chains and is what is needed from the world.
They seem to have MVP, but they do not seem to be a downloadable squad.
I am looking forward to the arrival of their applications from the bottom of my heart.

→ Collaborations & partnerships - ⛔️

The main disadvantages of the project is three-fold -
1. No clear blockchain Advantage
2. Token Economics is unclear pertaining to ROI for investors
3. Legal structure is shaky.
While the team is capable of pulling the project off but the advantage for investors are not very clear from the white paper. Also, the team should look into the legal structure since they wish to work in locations apart from crypto-friendly countries as well...

In View of the changed business model, I am re-rating it.
The only two points of contention being lack of partnership and issues of Gold & Silver STOs. While Gold STO logic is clear, tying players with an STO coin is something I am not sure of legally. Clarifications.

Bitcademy is a breath of fresh air in the football market combining brick and
mortar academies with virtual marketplace. Solution can be addressed to
other sports organizations and have a lot of interesting revenue streams
to keep the project afloat and allow for quick profit from operations.
I look at the project as long term, stable investment rather than quick buck.
The danger (but also the beauty) is that they focus only on football market but
market's capacity gives billions revenue a year and is also
very outdated so there is strong potential for disrubtion if you have right
connections or great product.
I like AI part - they don't explain much in WP but reading Medium articles around
the project, they know what they're talking about.
The team looks reliable, they got some backing from institutional investment too
suggesting there is an interest in the solution.
There is some competition in the market, but it seems they are pioneering with
blockchain in football in general.
Soft and hard cap seem to be right for the software + academies.

A very niche strategy targeting football. The project idea is not impressive in any way as it has been tried and implemented by other concepts so far.
I have to add that the business model is appealing as it involves social sports communities. I would advise to guide yourselves by a basic business rule that states: be first or be better.
I am not totally convinced by the concept as it may not require a token at all. Many things are debatable but I am a supporter of all projects that focus on the underlying tech to deliver better results with focus on optimizing the traditional world; That be the case, I wish you best of luck!

Team is looking experienced but lacking good advisors.
Huge time for STO like 128 days.
No need of blockchain in this kind of concept from my point of view.

Great project idea, data science, good vision and believe that the areas utilized by this concept like training prospects, research and data collection will prove to be a powerful tool here. By developing future players in the football industry firstly as football is a massive field it will diversify and help expand this project into other fields of sport. This in turn will help children educate and discipline them, support them if they are sports-oriented ones. Justified soft cap also and good team.

The vision of the project is neither original nor innovative, because there are already a good number of similar projects, as well as real academies outside the blockchain that already operate in such a successful manner. Regarding the use of the blockchain, we can only understand from the point of view of transparency on transfers but the rest is not one of those cases in which the project brings additional value to technology or vice-versa.
The team is quite complete and well distributed in positions, but it lacks a little more weight in the technical-technological department, as developing a project combining AI & Blockchain is not a child's play, but requires well-executed studies and a team of technicians well prepared.
The CEO forgot to add his own company on its linkedin profile (this may have his weight in an investor vision).
The social and communication channels are well kept, there is attention from the team and try to keep the community alive and updated, as well as the blog is also quite active and followed.
There is no github activity, apart from the creation of the token there are no developments in progress or other updates, so at the level of development we are a bit behind, while the MVP is not really an MVP but more a preview.
Website and Whitepaper of quality and well taken care of in the contents, but lack of analysis of the competitors, be they Blockchain or Traditional, as well as the Tokenomics is unclear. The distribution is accurate enough, if it were not for those 8% to the Bounty (Excessive and dangerous for investors) as well as 3% to Airdrop, but this will be distributed to fractions so it damages a little less. Good reserve fund of 14% but I would suggest taking away from the bounty to bring the reserve fund to 20%, which is a very important aspect for the future of your project.
Considering that the pre-ICO has to start yet, so they are at a very early stage, we allow it some time for the various improvements and I will return to evaluate the updates.
Good luck with developments and Crowdfunding.
The parameters were revised and the score increased, to reflect the commitment and work that the team is dedicating, but also the fact of being open to criticism and improving their project.
Remember that here on Icobench the experts are volunteers and we are dedicating a job exclusively to the Blockchain community, we are not here for other interests. Our ratings are our personal opinions and are not encouragement to invest or not invest, and are given through the knowledge that each of us has acquired over the past few years, touring the conferences or some of us, running an ICO or more than one.

It seems that the project is more than meets the eye. Apart of academies
I hope will be just licensed to others to keep things light) it seems that company is building solid blockchain as a service portal
(player trading, AI solution and data management). It could add value to the regions where data transparency is an issue.
There is also the factor with supporting young players in
developing countries which adds flavor to the whole system.
I'm curious how this project will expand in the future and how the company will market it in Europe and USA (just guessing AI or trackers can be strong in
there, but maybe not necessarily direct player investment?).
The team seems to be experienced and mixed among football and IT specialists with members involved in blockchain and ICO development in the past.
Looking at their current social media numbers they stand pretty solid.
Overall, the model looks interesting and I hope they will make a good impact on the football industry.

Full house rating from my side, project is sounding for me and they have some good concepts to consider.
Analysis and data science plays major role in todays world sports as things are getting advance day by day.
Project Team is good and i can see experienced advisors who can guide them for their desired goals.

The project is early stage with whitepaper newly updated and released following a change in direction to STO.
The business strategy and model is forecast for Q2 2019. In addition there are no existing academies, individuals or football players signed. The list of exempted countries for the STO is large.
The idea is ambitious but needs more
substance, proof or track record in my opinion.
The proposed token is the BTMG and is an ERC 20 token on the Ethereum platform.
Minimum investment is 1 ETH.
Only two of the eleven core team members listed mention the Bitcademy project in their LInkedIn profiles. This could mean lack of belief or willingness to promote involvement? Also I want to see more experience in the respective areas and how this transferes to Bitcaademy Football project.
There are experienced Advisors listed but I am not sure how much they are contributing to the actual success of this project.
The vision to bring direct player investment via blockchain technology
is bold and a strength for the Bitcademy project. The project leaders have
found an opportunity to tap into a rich market for football talent and fan base.
The challenge remains for this team to convince investors and present a MVP product that can secure investment.
There is a 72 page whitepaper available with good information. I think the tokenomics and how to navigate the security regulations needs further explaining and clarity.
There is no track record for success with this project. The team has been able to generate a significant bit of media attention and social media activity.
Also they engage with their audience and these are good indicators.
This is the core are and a stronger MVP needs to be developed in terms of functionality and additional users. Only the Player demo has content and the graphs and images lack any real function. Also there is no active community to support the idea of a vibrant marketplace.
The artificial intelligence (AI) discussed is only a projection so there is little
evidence of success in terms of product, marketplace and revenue streams at this point.
When I look at their github repository for smart contracts I see 6 branch,
74 commits (most recent 2 months ago)
and 2 contributor listed https://github.com/bitcademyfb/Bitcademy_ICO
The social community is strong and sentiment is good.

I found the [ANN] thread on Bitcointalk (read 18569 times) at:
There is no blog on the website. There are about 10 media logos from the business and crypto press with links to articles.
There is a lot of upside in the market for football and tapping under served talent and fan bases in Africa and Asia. We will wait to see if Bitacademy can actually capitalize on the potential.

This project not workable at all as it only can be done by the social system i/o a single company, I did not see any advantge in camparing with current player selection system and mechanism, besides, it takes a very long time to get investor's money back, will your company survive to that day as I saw your SC only $4M & you are focusing on underdeveloped markets which do not have good infrastructure facility? same problem for all ICO,how can you guarantee you will not take the money and run away?
- The team: it is ridiculous that the main team members did not put this project on their linkedin profile, seems like they have nothing to do with it'
- For Whitepaper, I did not see where is the business model is? the ROI are numbers games as well.
- For Github, still only codes for ICO...
The AI & big data algorithm seems beautiful, but I did not see any team member has this talent & I doubt if they are really used in this project.
Also you are using blockchain for this project & I guess it is a decentralized platform, so I only see disadvantages in comparing with current system.
The possibility of success of this project is low.
As the project progresses, whitepaper and business concept have been totally revamped. We added information about our business, ROI, KYC policy and many others related to AI and general market expansion. We are also sure that our team members have sufficient knowledge to create outstanding AI mechanisms that can be used in the sports industry.
I'd like to encourage the expert to review his opinion again due to the fact it's no longer valid in the light of the project's development.

I like the general concept of Bitcademy. If they can create a success story with a player, they can gain popularity with its marketing power. Week side of project is blockchain is not key feature of Bitcademy. But i'm positive about they can make more use case of blockchain on their project future.
