Interesting project powered by blockchain. Smart contracts are natural shift for this industry but most importantly, its important that the application/platform is user friendly and make budget sense for companies to adopt.

Good vision and interesting product. However, this is not a new approach and it must be very competitive as there are many players out there. How to differentiate from others?
I know many players either or not using blockchain are rewarding referrals for their recommendations so you need to position yourself to make it unique and attractive to investors.

I can see this used widely if team can deliver on roadmap. This is very nice commercial framework. I like this and the way the token works makes a lot of sense. Being someone who has done a lot of recruiting as an employer and got fed up with the traditional agencies and fee structures, I think this is very good. Best of luck team.

Anyone can become a middleman or 'recruiter' now? Is this what we are trying to get rid of with decentralization and distributed technologies?
Headhunting is a parasitic trade that belongs in the past.
The voting reminds me of Eurovision.
We are trying to get rid of intermediaries who take high commissions from their not-so-perfect job. Decentralization is the way to create transparency in the market and get acquaintances recommend you positions that are really interesting and exciting to you. This has nothing to do with headhunting, it's more about getting opportunities to those who have right skills to handle it, without being tied up to the agency's database, current city or country you live in.

I like this and the way the token sael works makes a lot of sense. Being someone who has done a lot fo recruiting as an employer and got fed up with the traditional agencies and fee structures, I think this is very good. In recruitment, trust is very important and I think this goes quite a way to bring more trist into the process

I support this project, but this market is fierce competition. I think the white paper of the project is well calculated, but I could not find an overwhelming and clear differentiation. It seems the team does not have a familiar developer in the block chain. Advisors have experts, but I value core members.

The concept is a good one. I like the idea of users having verified data and reputation score. The team looks capable. The ability to execute and scale is a concern. I would lalso like to see a working prototype or MVP.

aWorker has a fairly decent ICO team in place with a background in startups and technology. Its advisory board team is strong with a diverse and knowledgeable background in many different areas. Its ICO token metrics are fairly strong as well but have some questions such as pegging its raise to Ethereum. Its core project is a great use for the Blockchain and can solve a major industry problem. Its business strategy is fairly straightforward but will require many connections and relationships among other factors to success. Its Social Media and marketing campaign could stand to be a bit stronger than it currently is as well.

I can see blockchain being implemented for industries such as this, a trustless network for peer reviews and authentication and verification. Adoption or go to market strategies need to be clearer on how the team plans to go about the execution post product development

MVP is very simple web based template! After signup, Password came as a plain text in my email so I doubt about the details taken care of!
Doubt that Blockchain is required to implement the concept - I can see token incentivise can only be good use case.
Confused with the tag line in the white-paper "Multi-Chain

Aworker may have a small team, but the vision and approach seems apt for the task. The team is strong but they need a USP to stand out from the competition. The tokenization makes sense. The project has made good use of the blockchain technology.

Good potential here, Vision is good but requires good focus and consistency by the team which im sure they are capable by all their credentials. The ICOs use-case is an interesting one and hope this milestone is achieved. The business strategy is also a good one but if the team pulls the right strings they could go a long way. Hope to see more of this project in the future.

Just because I didn't find any "decentralized platfrom for recruitment". Just ordinary php website (as far as I know php itself also is good, but slightly outdated tech).
There is no AI or smart contracts (may be I didn't search them properly).
Also I have a question - you said that (citation): "Employee search via smart contracts helps companies to reduce 'cost per hire.'"
Smart contract is a "search engine"? As far as I know no! Smart contract is code that make trustless execution for some deal under appearing some conditions. What you mean here?
Please, give detailed answer, because at the moment I can't rate you project higher due to objective reasons

I know from my own experience that companies are more than happy to outsource the recruitment process to professionals. They want to rest assure that the selection of the candidates will be the optimal. It will be really hard from them to start counting on individuals for the recruitment process. I am saying that because the description says “everyone can be become a recruiter now and get rewards for their recommendations”. Is it so?
Now don’t get me wrong I want the candidate selection process to be unbiased and cost effective. I am just saying that it might take some time from companies to start operating this way. And this might be in 10 years.
We understand and respect your view and the reasons behind your doubts. We believe in sustainable quality development, perceived as integration between the community and business environment. We are aware that we are in the first stage of a long-term process. Aworker is based on three pillars: background verification, building up a reputation and, obviously, referral recruitment. This goes to only one district when professional society provides valuable recommendations most cost-effectively.

The first thing that people in recruitment complain of is the need for flexible systems to use. The fact that human capital is very unpredictable ensures this kind of an outlook.
