We are presenting you AdSigma, a next-generation decentralized digital advertising platform to revolutionize the digital advertising space. Our primary goal is to increase transparency in a way that can benefit both publishers and advertisers alike. Our decentralized platform is easy to scale, transparent and solves all the existing problems of traditional advertising networks.
Our team is on an ambitious mission: to create a global system to restructure the existing arrangement in the online advertising business model by removing the need for the middleman that exists in the form of ad networks, and help the publishers and advertisers to get the best out of online advertisements. We want to provide the benefit that publishers and advertisers receive from the ad networks but without making them pay for it and to let them relish the privileges of a B2B model alongside.
We aim to replace the advertising network industry, which has annual revenue of over $200 billion and increasing consistently. As we believe in the power of open-source projects, we want to help this economy to operate on its own without any intervention of Ad Networks and eventually at ZERO commission fee. We want the advertisers to receive better results from the advertising and publishers to gain higher returns. With the authenticity, irreversibility and validity earmarks, blockchain will help us achieve our vision.

This is a good idea, although it will have to be execured perfectly as it is obviously a very competitive market. They have the right team in place though, with good advisors as well

There is a plethora of decentralized ad networks that have done ICOs. This is just not original and not fresh or unique in any way. Team is not that strong and whitepaper is average at best.

Thank you for your rating. If someone is already working on this idea doesn't mean the coming ideas are not capable of achieving the ultimate goal. What matters is the execution!
As you know blockchain and (technology in general) itself is in evolution, being FRESH or ORIGINAL doesn't matter, doing right things at the right time does!

The mission statement of the ICO is elimination of the middle layer by facilitating the advertiser and the publisher deal directly with each other. Makes statement that their solution replaces the Ad network such as Google, Facebook, twitter or any other third party . Google provides a deep searching platform, Facebook provides a connectivity platform of 2 Bn. users and twitter provides a real-time communication platform. What is that AdSigma offers to the target audience for a publisher to push their ads? No where it is provided in the whitepaper.
Secondly, Vitalik Buterin famously said that every ICO have to verify if their App is a fit for a blockchain based solution.
This ICO uses blockchain to generate its tokens and no details have been given how and what blockchain solutions their platform uses. I am glad to adjust the current ratings if reasonable updates are provided to the current review.
I reviewed the reply of the found of Adsigma Suumit Shah. He doesn't maintain the decorum of a ICO Expert. I read your whitepaper twice before reviewing the ICO. What is the selling point of Adsigma platform to the publisher and adverstiser? Where in the white paper it is mentioned. Please reply. Since the team member didn't maintain the civility and decorum while replying to the review, I am reducing his team rating g to 2. A company needs a level headed founder and CEO . At this point i believe AdSigma doesn't have

Pros:
+ Blockchain-based competitor to Google Ads
+ Experienced team and advisors; clear website and good social media presence
+- Great vision: "As we believe in the power of open-source projects, we want to help this economy to operate
on its own without any intervention of Ad Networks and eventually at ZERO commission fee." - believers in open-source but the project is not open-source?
Cons:
- No demo/alpha; no one-pager
- Focus on the platform but lacks technical details and technical paper
- Bunch of competitors like AdEx, BAT, etc.

I guess you didn't read the whitepaper correctly. We have clearly mentioned that the whole ecosystem will be controlled by relayers and publishers and advertisers (we are just facilitating the ad rendering and making sure everyone gets paid fairly through our SDK). So my point is this is 100% an open source project.
I understand your concerns about no demo, and I assure you that the demo will be pushed live within next 48 hours. I guess we have explained things in simple language, that anyone can understand what are we trying to achieve here and hence we didn't work on one-paper. But we will get it done asap.
Talking about the technical details, white papers are sales and marketing documents used to entice or persuade potential customers to learn more about or purchase a particular product (and most of the time they are not so technical), if you want we can share our yellow paper with you.
Now considering your last point, competiton is a good thing, it forces us to work even harder and smarter.
