C\u2019est dans le cadre de ces programmes que la SEC et la CFTC<\/strong> ont \u00e9mis un avis conjoint relatif au trading crypto spot. Cet avis lib\u00e8re l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux produits financiers cryptos et apporter plus de choix aux consommateurs<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Tout particuli\u00e8rement en mati\u00e8re de r\u00e9glementation des actifs num\u00e9riques, ce communiqu\u00e9 l\u00e8ve toute confusion quant aux attentes du gouvernement et de sa volont\u00e9 de transformer les \u00c9tats-Unis en \u201ccapitale crypto du monde<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n

Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette nouvelle orientation r\u00e9glementaire, les plateformes d\u2019\u00e9change devraient \u00eatre en mesure de proposer une plus grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de produits financiers crypto.
