Pourtant, <strong>Canary Capital<\/strong> a introduit une demande en ce sens. Moins de 8 mois apr\u00e8s son lancement, <strong>le memecoin TRUMP interroge encore sur le paysage crypto am\u00e9ricain<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Un tel ETF peut-il effectivement \u00eatre approuv\u00e9 par la SEC<\/strong> ? Et surtout, quelles sont les cons\u00e9quences qu\u2019un tel ETF pourrait avoir sur l\u2019industrie crypto et sa r\u00e9glementation aux \u00c9tats-Unis ?<\/p>\n<h2><span id=\"une_premiere_pour_wall_street\">Une premi\u00e8re pour Wall Street<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Ce n\u2019est pas la premi\u00e8re fois que le memecoin TRUMP est introduit dans une demande d\u2019ETF. En effet, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/markets\/us\/tuttle-capital-seeks-sec-approval-leveraged-etfs-tied-crypto-tokens-including-2025-01-28\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Tuttle Capital<\/a> et <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/technology\/us-issuers-rex-advisers-osprey-seek-approval-launch-trump-meme-coin-etf-2025-01-21\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">REX-Osprey<\/a> avaient d\u00e9j\u00e0 introduit des demandes similaires. La diff\u00e9rence essentielle tient au fait que <strong>ces ETF n\u2019\u00e9taient pas directement expos\u00e9s au memecoin TRUMP<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Il s\u2019agissait plut\u00f4t d\u2019ETF portant sur des tr\u00e9soreries de TRUMP, mais aussi des actifs plus traditionnels et plus stables. Mais, c\u2019est aussi <strong>un indicateur des changements radicaux qui ont affect\u00e9 le paysage crypto aux \u00c9tats-Unis<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019abord, la SEC a fait preuve d\u2019une <strong>attitude nettement plus favorable vis-\u00e0-vis des cryptomonnaies<\/strong> et des produits financiers associ\u00e9s. Ensuite, <strong>la SEC s\u2019est dessaisie des memecoins et consid\u00e8re qu\u2019ils ne rel\u00e8vent pas de sa juridiction<\/strong>. Ceci dit, malgr\u00e9 ce contexte favorable, les analystes doutent de l\u2019approbation de ce nouvel ETF TRUMP Coin.<\/p>\n<h2><span id=\"un_etf_surprenant_et_une_approbation_improbable\">Un ETF surprenant et une approbation improbable<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Pour les analystes, les chances que la demande de Canary Capital soit valid\u00e9e sont faibles. Ils rappellent qu\u2019<strong>un actif doit typiquement \u00eatre n\u00e9goci\u00e9 en tant que contrat perp\u00e9tuel avant que la SEC n\u2019envisage d\u2019approuver des ETF<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Pourtant, le memecoin TRUMP n\u2019existe que depuis moins de huit mois. Pourtant, trois demandes par <strong>Bitwise, Grayscale<\/strong> et <strong>REX-Osprey<\/strong> ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 introduites \u00e0 la SEC.<\/p>\n<h2><span id=\"quelles_consequences_en_cas_dapprobation\">Quelles cons\u00e9quences en cas d\u2019approbation ?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>M\u00eame si les chances sont extr\u00eamement faibles, il n\u2019est pas totalement impossible que cet <a href=\"https:\/\/icobench.com\/fr\/news\/vers-un-etf-crypto-trump\/\" rel=\"\">ETF crypto Trump<\/a> soit approuv\u00e9. Ceci aurait certainement pour effet <strong>d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer l\u2019approbation des autres ETF memecoins<\/strong>. Notamment les <strong>ETF Dogecoin<\/strong> et <strong>PENGU<\/strong> qui sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 en instance.<\/p>\n<p>Notons cependant qu\u2019<strong>une telle approbation pourrait nuire \u00e0 la perception des ETF crypto<\/strong>. Apr\u00e8s tout, ces produits financiers sont cens\u00e9s \u00eatre des investissements rigoureusement encadr\u00e9s. <strong>Ils sont cens\u00e9s \u00eatre des actifs plus ou moins stables<\/strong> qui conviennent aux gestionnaires de patrimoines et aux investisseurs institutionnels. Autrement dit, c\u2019est <strong>tout le contraire d\u2019un memecoin<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Ceci dit, <strong>il n\u2019est pas exclu que la SEC impose une restructuration de l\u2019ETF afin que l\u2019exposition directe au memecoin soit r\u00e9duite<\/strong>. Peut-\u00eatre, en y joignant d\u2019autres actifs plus stables comme l\u2019ont fait d\u2019autres demandeurs.<\/p>\n<p>En termes de performance cependant, <strong>le lancement d\u2019un ETF TRUMP Coin propulserait certainement l\u2019actif vers de nouveaux sommets<\/strong>. Apr\u00e8s tout, les memecoins progressent en raison de leur incidence culturelle.
