Inculp\u00e9 sur trois chefs d\u2019accusation, <strong>Roman Storm ressort libre<\/strong> du tribunal du District Sud de New York. Libre, mais <strong>partiellement coupable<\/strong> d\u2019apr\u00e8s le jury.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019issue du proc\u00e8s est mitig\u00e9e. Bien que Roman Storm n\u2019ait pas \u00e9t\u00e9 incarc\u00e9r\u00e9, <strong>les d\u00e9cisions du jury cr\u00e9ent un pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent inqui\u00e9tant<\/strong> et pourraient <strong>menacer tous les services DeFi sans garde d\u2019actifs<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2><span id=\"le_verdict_est_tombe_roman_storm_partiellement_coupable\">Le verdict est tomb\u00e9 : Roman Storm, partiellement coupable<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Le proc\u00e8s Tornado Cash pourrait devenir l\u2019<strong>une des jurisprudences majeures en mati\u00e8re de droit crypto aux \u00c9tats-Unis<\/strong>. Pour avoir cr\u00e9\u00e9 le mixeur <a href=\"https:\/\/icobench.com\/fr\/news\/tornado-cash-proces-charniere-innovation-crypto\/\" rel=\"\">Tornado Cash<\/a>, Roman Storm \u00e9tait accus\u00e9 d\u2019avoir op\u00e9r\u00e9 un service de <strong>transfert d\u2019argent non agr\u00e9\u00e9<\/strong>, d\u2019avoir <strong>blanchi de l\u2019argent<\/strong> et d\u2019avoir <strong>contourn\u00e9 des sanctions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s de longs jours de d\u00e9lib\u00e9ration, le jury s\u2019est prononc\u00e9 sur ces trois chefs d\u2019accusation. <strong>En ce qui concerne le blanchiment d\u2019argent, le jury n\u2019a pas pu atteindre une d\u00e9cision unanime<\/strong>. Apr\u00e8s tout, <strong>la plupart de ces entreprises et services crypto auraient \u00e9t\u00e9 consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme des services de transfert d\u2019argent non agr\u00e9\u00e9<\/strong>. Certains pourraient encore l\u2019\u00eatre.<\/p>\n<p>Notons qu\u2019en l\u2019absence de d\u00e9cision unanime par rapport aux deux autres chefs d\u2019accusation, <strong>le procureur peut intenter un nouveau proc\u00e8s<\/strong>.
