Ils ont alors promu des sites pirates gr\u00e2ce auxquels <strong>ils ont r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 voler pr\u00e8s de 800\u00a0000 $ en actifs num\u00e9riques<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La Justice a toutefois rattrap\u00e9 le pirate de 22 ans et l\u2019a <strong>condamn\u00e9 \u00e0 un an de prison ferme<\/strong>. Il devra \u00e9galement restituer les sommes obtenues dans le cadre de son activit\u00e9 illicite.<\/p>\n<h2><span id=\"une_arnaque_simple_mais_particulierement_efficace\">Une arnaque simple, mais particuli\u00e8rement efficace<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>En <strong>juin 2022<\/strong>, Cameron Albert Redman d\u00e9cide de vendre l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 un <strong>tableau de bord administrateur du r\u00e9seau social Twitter (devenu X)<\/strong>. La vente est conclue pour <strong>250 ETH environ<\/strong>, soit environ 300\u00a0000 $ au prix du moment.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cet acc\u00e8s, les escrocs ont pris le contr\u00f4le de plus d\u2019une dizaine de comptes Twitter influents. Sp\u00e9cifiquement, ils ont cibl\u00e9 des comptes d\u2019artistes avec un nombre consid\u00e9rable d\u2019abonn\u00e9s. Parmi les comptes compromis, on retrouve <strong>Beeple<\/strong>, <strong>DeeKay<\/strong>, <strong>Zeneca<\/strong>, <strong>JRNY Club<\/strong> ou m\u00eame le compte de <strong>Nouns DAO<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1920 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/icobench.com\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2025\/06\/Anonymous-Hacker.jpg\" alt=\"Anonymous Hacker\" width=\"1200\" height=\"600\" srcset=\"https:\/\/icobench.com\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2025\/06\/Anonymous-Hacker.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/icobench.com\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2025\/06\/Anonymous-Hacker-300x150.jpg 300w, https:\/\/icobench.com\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2025\/06\/Anonymous-Hacker-1024x512.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/icobench.com\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2025\/06\/Anonymous-Hacker-768x384.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\"><\/p>\n<p>Cette prise de contr\u00f4le intervenait \u00e0 un moment o\u00f9 la fi\u00e8vre NFT commen\u00e7ait \u00e0 s\u2019\u00e9teindre. Depuis les comptes pirat\u00e9s, les arnaqueurs ont lanc\u00e9 des campagnes de promotions de nouveaux produits NFT. Ils <strong>encourageaient ensuite les abonn\u00e9s \u00e0 se connecter \u00e0 lier leurs portefeuilles crypto pour recevoir des NFT<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>En v\u00e9rit\u00e9, les transactions propos\u00e9es par ces sites permettaient aux pirates d\u2019acc\u00e9der aux wallets crypto des victimes et de les vider de tous leurs actifs num\u00e9riques. <strong>En quelques jours, ce sont pr\u00e8s des 800\u00a0000 $ qui ont ainsi \u00e9t\u00e9 vol\u00e9s<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2><span id=\"la_justice_condamne_le_pirate_cameron_albert_redman\">La Justice condamne le pirate Cameron Albert Redman<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019enqu\u00eate de <strong>ZachXBT<\/strong>, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 possible de remonter la trace des pirates et de cerner leur modus operandi. Des estimations qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 reprises et <strong>affin\u00e9es dans la d\u00e9cision de la Justice am\u00e9ricaine<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Beeple<\/strong> pour un total de <strong>446\u00a0756,92 $<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>DeeKay<\/strong> pour un total de <strong>126\u00a0944,67 $<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Zeneca<\/strong> pour un total de <strong>67\u00a0911,48 $<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Nouns DAO<\/strong> pour un total de <strong>24\u00a0210,04 $<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>JRNY Club<\/strong> pour un total de <strong>128\u00a0440,69 $<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En tout, le pr\u00e9judice caus\u00e9 par cette escroquerie se chiffre \u00e0 794\u00a0263,80 $.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">no Cam sold panel access to compromise various X accounts <\/p>\n<p>&gt;HZ paid ~$300K for access<br>&gt;Two1 was supposed to give Cam a % cut for Beeple but scammed him <\/p>\n<p>HZ (Chase) &amp; Two1 (Youssef) stole the $800K+ via phishing scams posted from compromised X accounts<\/p>\n<p>\u2014 ZachXBT (@zachxbt) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/zachxbt\/status\/1950540697381261672?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">July 30, 2025<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>En tant que vendeur de l\u2019acc\u00e8s privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 \u00e0 Twitter, <strong>Cameron Albert Redman a \u00e9t\u00e9 condamn\u00e9 \u00e0 12 mois et 1 jour de prison ferme<\/strong>. Apr\u00e8s sa lib\u00e9ration, il sera en <strong>libert\u00e9 surveill\u00e9e pendant trois ans<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Il a aussi \u00e9t\u00e9 condamn\u00e9 \u00e0 <strong>restituer environ 250\u00a0000 $<\/strong> et \u00e0 <strong>payer une amende de 60\u00a0000 $<\/strong> dans la sentence dat\u00e9e du <strong>29 juillet 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2><span id=\"il_nen_etait_pas_a_son_premier_coup\">Il n\u2019en \u00e9tait pas \u00e0 son premier coup<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Rappelons que Cameron Albert Redman avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 impliqu\u00e9 dans une <a href=\"https:\/\/www.binance.com\/en\/square\/post\/25035786893025\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">attaque cybercriminelle de type SIM-Swap<\/a> qui avait conduit \u00e0 <strong>la perte de plus de 37 millions $ en 2020<\/strong>.
