Un objectif qui ne peut toutefois pas s\u2019accomplir, sans que Tether ne r\u00e9ponde aux <strong>critiques en mati\u00e8re de manque de transparence<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2><span id=\"un_stablecoin_pour_les_institutions_et_les_reglements_interbancaires\">Un stablecoin pour les institutions et les r\u00e8glements interbancaires<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Tether est actuellement le stablecoin le plus utilis\u00e9 dans la sph\u00e8re crypto. En tout, il y a <strong>plus de 162 milliards $ en USDT en circulation<\/strong>. En effet, <strong>le GENIUS Act dresse le parcours r\u00e9glementaire pour \u00e9mettre des stablecoins adoss\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019USD<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>En r\u00e9ponse, Tether pr\u00e9pare d\u00e9j\u00e0 son retour sur le march\u00e9 avec un stablecoin sp\u00e9cifiquement pens\u00e9 pour les institutions de la finance traditionnelle. <strong>Paolo Ardoino, PDG de Tether, indiquait que les clients institutionnels seraient leur priorit\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Notamment, en leur proposant <strong>un stablecoin pour les paiements, le trading et les r\u00e8glements interbancaires<\/strong>. En plus de <strong>Circle Internet Group qui \u00e9met USDC<\/strong>, il faut faire mention de <strong>Ripple et son RLUSD<\/strong>, <strong>World Liberty Financial et son USD1<\/strong>, mais aussi de <strong>Ethena Labs et son USDtb<\/strong> d\u00e9ploy\u00e9 en partenariat avec <strong>Anchorage Digital<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Hormis les entreprises crypto, le GENIUS Act ouvre aussi le champ aux acteurs de la finance traditionnelle. D\u00e9j\u00e0, on apprend que des banques comme <strong>Bank of America<\/strong>, <strong>Wells Fargo<\/strong>, <strong>Citigroup<\/strong> et <strong>Morgan Stanley<\/strong> s\u2019y int\u00e9ressent de pr\u00e8s.<\/p>\n<p>Sans oublier de mentionner des g\u00e9ants de l\u2019e-commerce comme <strong>Amazon<\/strong> et <strong>Walmart<\/strong>.
