Lors de son \u00e9v\u00e9nement To Catch a Token \u00e0 Cannes, la plateforme a d\u00e9voil\u00e9 son Layer-2, construit sur la technologie Arbitrum. L\u2019objectif ? Tokeniser plus de 200 actions et ETF US pour ses <strong>400 millions d\u2019utilisateurs<\/strong> en Europe, avec z\u00e9ro commission et un trading 24\/5. D\u2019ailleurs, les tokens d\u2019OpenAI et <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spacex.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">SpaceX<\/a>, r\u00e9serv\u00e9s aux ultra-riches jusqu\u2019ici, sont d\u00e9sormais accessibles aux <strong>Europ\u00e9ens.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ce Layer-2, qui migrera bient\u00f4t vers une blockchain propri\u00e9taire, promet des transactions rapides et \u00e0 faible co\u00fbt. Selon Vlad Tenev, CEO de Robinhood, la tokenisation va d\u00e9mocratiser les actifs r\u00e9serv\u00e9s aux \u00e9lites. Avec une capitalisation boursi\u00e8re de <strong>82,63 milliards de dollars<\/strong> pour HOOD et une hausse de 13 % post-annonce, le march\u00e9 semble convaincu. Mais est-ce vraiment le game-changer annonc\u00e9 ?<\/p>\n<p>Effectivement, Robinhood Chain s\u2019appuie sur Arbitrum, leader des Layer-2 Ethereum avec <strong>1,62 milliard de dollars<\/strong> en market cap. Les utilisateurs pourront transf\u00e9rer leurs tokens vers des wallets comme MetaMask, ouvrant la porte \u00e0 des int\u00e9grations DeFi.<\/p>\n<h2><span id=\"un_ecosysteme_booste_par_la_tokenisation\">Un \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me boost\u00e9 par la tokenisation<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>La tokenisation est la star de 2025, et Robinhood Chain veut en \u00eatre le roi. En plus des actions et ETF, le projet inclut des actifs comme $BTCBULL, en presale \u00e0 <strong>0,002585 $<\/strong>. Ce memecoin, avec ses airdrops li\u00e9s aux hausses du Bitcoin, pourrait profiter de l\u2019engouement pour les actifs tokenis\u00e9s. Avec 7,9 millions de dollars lev\u00e9s et une capitalisation de 53 millions, <a href=\"https:\/\/icobench.com\/fr\/visit\/bitcoinbull\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">$BTCBULL<\/a> vise un <strong>x25<\/strong> si le Bitcoin atteint 150 000 $.<\/p>\n<p>Par ailleurs, Robinhood Chain promet du self-custody et un trading 24\/7, supprimant les d\u00e9lais des march\u00e9s traditionnels. Avec l\u2019acquisition de Bitstamp pour <strong>200 millions de dollars<\/strong> et des contrats \u00e0 terme perp\u00e9tuels en Europe, Robinhood se positionne comme un hub tout-en-un. L\u2019UE, avec son cadre MiCA, offre un terrain favorable, mais le lancement aux \u00c9tats-Unis attend toujours l\u2019approbation de la SEC. Si les ETF crypto continuent leur essor \u2013 140 milliards de dollars en 2025 \u2013 ce Layer-2 pourrait attirer les <strong>institutionnels.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><span id=\"des_risques_a_ne_pas_ignorer\">Des risques \u00e0 ne pas ignorer<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Cependant, des obstacles subsistent. La SEC, m\u00eame post-Trump, pourrait freiner la tokenisation aux \u00c9tats-Unis, o\u00f9 les actifs tokenis\u00e9s sont encore vus comme des securities. Les co\u00fbts de conformit\u00e9 pourraient aussi peser sur les marges de Robinhood, surtout apr\u00e8s ses acquisitions \u00e0 <strong>400 millions de dollars<\/strong> en 2025.<\/p>\n<p>De plus, la concurrence est rude. Coinbase avec Base et <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kraken.com\/fr-fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Kraken<\/a> avec ses propres solutions RWA ne dorment pas. Arbitrum a beau \u00eatre robuste, une panne ou une attaque \u2013 comme les <strong>2,5 milliards de dollars<\/strong> perdus en hacks <a href=\"https:\/\/icobench.com\/fr\/crypto-prometteuse\/\" rel=\"\">crypto<\/a> cette ann\u00e9e \u2013 pourrait \u00e9branler la confiance. Enfin, si le Bitcoin chute sous les 95 000 $, l\u2019euphorie autour des Layer-2 pourrait <strong>s\u2019essouffler.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Robinhood Chain est un pari ambitieux pour fusionner TradFi et DeFi.
