Depuis le 5 novembre 2024, Blockchain Group est devenue la <strong>premi\u00e8re entreprise de tr\u00e9sorerie de Bitcoin en Europe<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Sa strat\u00e9gie d\u2019accumulation du ratio de Bitcoin par actions lui a permis d\u2019afficher une performance remarquable en bourse depuis d\u00e9but 2025. Des r\u00e9sultats qui confortent l\u2019entreprise et renforcent <strong>son ambition d\u2019acheter 260\u00a0000 BTC \u00e0 l\u2019horizon 2033<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2><span id=\"une_augmentation_de_capital_pour_acheter_du_bitcoin\">Une augmentation de capital pour acheter du Bitcoin<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Le 17 juin, Blockchain Group annon\u00e7ait avoir r\u00e9alis\u00e9 avec TOBAM, une <strong>augmentation de son capital<\/strong>. Pour ce faire, l\u2019entreprise a \u00e9mis 1,6 million d\u2019actions.<\/p>\n<p>Cette strat\u00e9gie d\u2019augmentation de capital par dilution des actions lui permet de <strong>lever 7,2 millions d\u2019euros<\/strong>. Sur cette base, les actions de la firme europ\u00e9enne sont \u00e9valu\u00e9es \u00e0 4,49 \u20ac l\u2019unit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Les fonds ainsi lev\u00e9s ont pour vocation d\u2019alimenter la <a href=\"https:\/\/icobench.com\/fr\/news\/bitcoin-la-nouvelle-ruee-vers-lor-qui-inquiete\/\" rel=\"\">strat\u00e9gie d\u2019acquisition de BTC<\/a> de l\u2019entreprise, d\u2019une part. Et de supporter la recherche et le d\u00e9veloppement <strong>dans le domaine de l\u2019intelligence artificielle<\/strong> et de <strong>la technologie blockchain<\/strong>, d\u2019autre part.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s cette lev\u00e9e de capitaux, TOBAM d\u00e9tient d\u00e9sormais 3 % des actions de Blockchain Group.
