Plusieurs entreprises publiques ont officialis\u00e9 leur entr\u00e9e dans ce que l\u2019on appelle d\u00e9sormais <strong>les strat\u00e9gies \u201c<em>Bitcoin treasury<\/em>\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ce sont d\u2019abord des annonces venues du Canada, du Japon, puis des \u00c9tats-Unis.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c0 Vancouver<\/strong>, une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 technologique cot\u00e9e, Universal Digital Inc., a d\u00e9voil\u00e9 <strong>un plan d\u2019accumulation structur\u00e9 de Bitcoins<\/strong>, en partenariat avec des acteurs asiatiques.<\/p>\n<p>Tout est \u00e9crit : lettres d\u2019intention, protocole clair et ambition de <strong>r\u00e9partir l\u2019achat de BTC entre plusieurs juridictions<\/strong>. Ce qui frappe, ce n\u2019est pas tant le montant engag\u00e9 que la posture adopt\u00e9e : plus personne ne parle ici de sp\u00e9culation.<\/p>\n<p>Il s\u2019agit de gestion d\u2019actifs \u00e0 long terme. <strong>De placement strat\u00e9gique<\/strong>. Une premi\u00e8re dans ses activit\u00e9s. Ce qui \u00e9tonne davantage, c\u2019est le timing. L\u2019entreprise poursuit aussi son ambition de constituer <a href=\"https:\/\/icobench.com\/fr\/news\/reserves-strategiques-bitcoin-pays-qui-se-mettent-au-pas\/\" rel=\"\">une r\u00e9serve de plusieurs milliards en BTC<\/a> et de <strong>d\u00e9velopper un stablecoin adoss\u00e9 au dollar.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019initiative suscite des r\u00e9actions mitig\u00e9es. Sa nouvelle loi sur l\u2019industrie num\u00e9rique, adopt\u00e9e quelques jours plus t\u00f4t, <strong>int\u00e8gre officiellement les cryptoactifs dans le droit national.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ce changement, <strong>effectif d\u00e8s janvier 2026,<\/strong> s\u2019accompagne de mesures incitatives : exon\u00e9rations fiscales, visas pour talents \u00e9trangers, soutien direct aux startups blockchain.<\/p>\n<p>Le pays esp\u00e8re, \u00e0 travers cette r\u00e9gulation, <strong>sortir de la zone grise<\/strong> en mati\u00e8re de conformit\u00e9 internationale, tout en attirant les investissements \u00e9trangers.<\/p>\n<h2><span id=\"un_ecosysteme_qui_sancre_dans_le_reel\">Un \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me qui s\u2019ancre dans le r\u00e9el<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Ce 16 juin ne restera peut-\u00eatre pas dans les manuels comme un tournant net, un avant-apr\u00e8s. Mais dans les faits, les lignes bougent. Lentement parfois, <a href=\"https:\/\/icobench.com\/fr\/news\/dans-le-connecticut-etat-interdit-investir-dans-le-bitcoin\/\" rel=\"\">brutalement ailleurs.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Des entreprises cot\u00e9es ach\u00e8tent du Bitcoin comme elles ach\u00e8teraient de l\u2019or.<\/strong> Des institutions politiques dessinent un cadre stable pour les actifs num\u00e9riques. Et des march\u00e9s, accueillent ces signaux avec calme.<\/p>\n<p>Rien n\u2019est encore coul\u00e9 dans le b\u00e9ton, \u00e9videmment. Mais une chose est s\u00fbre : Bitcoin et les cryptos ne sont plus en marge.
