L\u2019objectif affich\u00e9 est de cr\u00e9er une structure r\u00e9glement\u00e9e, transparente et conforme aux standards boursiers europ\u00e9ens.<\/p>\n<p>La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 sera cot\u00e9e sur Euronext, ce qui lui permettra d\u2019acc\u00e9der au public traditionnel. Ce choix repr\u00e9sente un tournant pour une partie de l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me. En effet, peu d\u2019acteurs europ\u00e9ens osent se positionner sur ce cr\u00e9neau, souvent domin\u00e9 par les entreprises nord-am\u00e9ricaines.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9ric Larchev\u00eaque, fondateur de <a href=\"https:\/\/icobench.com\/fr\/news\/ledger-ipo-bourse-nyse\/\" rel=\"\">Ledger (qui pourrait \u00eatre introduit \u00e0 la bourse de New-York)<\/a>, souligne que son projet r\u00e9pond \u00e0 une demande croissante des investisseurs qui souhaitent d\u00e9tenir une exposition au Bitcoin via un <strong>v\u00e9hicule r\u00e9glement\u00e9<\/strong>. Plusieurs membres influents de la communaut\u00e9 affirment ne pas comprendre l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat r\u00e9el de cette structure. Plusieurs voix signalent des zones d\u2019ombre concernant la valorisation, la gouvernance et la gestion des fonds lev\u00e9s. D\u2019autres d\u00e9noncent la confusion entre innovation et simple exposition financi\u00e8re au Bitcoin.<\/p>\n<p>Cependant, d\u2019autres observateurs d\u00e9fendent l\u2019id\u00e9e qu\u2019une structure cot\u00e9e en France, port\u00e9e par une figure de l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me, peut contribuer \u00e0 <strong>normaliser l\u2019usage de Bitcoin<\/strong>. Un tel projet implique une <strong>conformit\u00e9 stricte<\/strong> aux exigences boursi\u00e8res, notamment la transparence, les audits et le contr\u00f4le des risques. Pour ses promoteurs, c\u2019est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment cette dimension r\u00e9glementaire qui rend TBSO l\u00e9gitime. Elle permettrait, selon eux, d\u2019offrir une exposition au Bitcoin encadr\u00e9e, claire et accessible au grand public.<\/p>\n<p>Ce positionnement arrive \u00e0 un moment o\u00f9 l\u2019Europe renforce son cadre autour des cryptomonnaies. Avec l\u2019entr\u00e9e en vigueur de <strong>MiCA<\/strong>, les acteurs doivent d\u00e9montrer un niveau de s\u00e9rieux \u00e9lev\u00e9. L\u2019ambition est r\u00e9elle : cr\u00e9er un v\u00e9hicule cot\u00e9 qui stocke du Bitcoin et le conserve. Mais cet objectif se heurte aux <strong>critiques d\u2019une partie de la communaut\u00e9 crypto<\/strong>, qui voit dans cette approche un mod\u00e8le trop centralis\u00e9 ou trop marketing. Pour d\u2019autres, l\u2019arriv\u00e9e d\u2019une telle structure sur Euronext repr\u00e9sente un <strong>signal positif.<\/strong> Elle montre que l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me fran\u00e7ais continue d\u2019innover malgr\u00e9 un contexte r\u00e9glementaire strict.<\/p>\n<p>Le d\u00e9bat est donc loin d\u2019\u00eatre clos. Le projet devra maintenant convaincre par sa <strong>mise en \u0153uvre<\/strong>, sa <strong>transparence<\/strong> et sa <strong>discipline financi\u00e8re<\/strong>. L\u2019arriv\u00e9e d\u2019une entreprise cot\u00e9e d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 Bitcoin pourrait renforcer l\u2019adoption institutionnelle en France.
