Le staking ETH est l\u2019un des piliers de la blockchain Proof of Stake<\/strong>. En plus d\u2019\u00eatre un moyen d\u2019int\u00e9resser les validateurs d\u2019Ethereum, c\u2019est un gage de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 pour l\u2019ensemble du r\u00e9seau. Pourtant, en ce moment, plus de 2,2 millions ETH se poussent vers la sortie<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Un nouveau record qui inqui\u00e8te dans un contexte de baisse du prix d\u2019ETH. Faut-il y voir un recul des investisseurs institutionnels<\/strong> ? Faut-il anticiper une crise qui pourrait plonger ETH durablement<\/strong> ?<\/p>\n

2,2 millions ETH dans la file de d\u00e9part du staking Ethereum<\/span><\/h2>\n

C\u2019est un nouveau record pour la file de sortie des validateurs<\/a> ETH. Il n\u2019y a jamais eu autant d\u2019ETH qui sort du staking dans de telles proportions. Ceci semble \u00eatre le point culminant d\u2019une tendance qui a commenc\u00e9 en mi-juillet<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

En effet, au cours des deux derniers mois, la file de sortie a progressivement enregistr\u00e9 des hausses de plus en plus importantes. Le plus surprenant toutefois, c\u2019est que contrairement \u00e0 d\u2019autres p\u00e9riodes, la file d\u2019entr\u00e9e ne vient pas combler le volume sortant<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

En effet, alors que plus de 2,2 millions ETH se retirent, il n\u2019y en a que 200\u00a0000 environ qui entrent<\/strong> dans le staking<\/a>. Quoi qu\u2019il en soit, le nombre de validateurs est toujours sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 1 million<\/strong>. Ceci repr\u00e9sente 35,6 millions ETH<\/strong> environ, soit 30 % de l\u2019offre en circulation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\u00c0 quoi est d\u00fb ce retrait massif d\u2019ETH du staking ?<\/span><\/h2>\n

Le d\u00e9part massif entra\u00eene une hausse explosive des temps d\u2019attente. En ce moment, il faut attendre plus de 38 jours<\/strong> pour terminer le processus de sortie du staking.<\/p>\n

Les d\u00e9parts enregistr\u00e9s en ce moment s\u2019expliquent majoritairement par un changement d\u2019op\u00e9rateur de staking<\/a>. Une op\u00e9ration qui vise \u00e0 b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019un meilleur rendement. C\u2019est une tendance d\u00e9j\u00e0 observ\u00e9e le mois dernier quand Lido perdait progressivement sa position dominante<\/strong> face \u00e0 d\u2019autres acteurs comme Figment<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Aujourd\u2019hui, les donn\u00e9es sont encore plus surprenantes. Lido<\/strong> a continu\u00e9 de reculer avec des pertes de 215\u00a0000 ETH<\/strong> environ au cours des 30 derniers jours<\/strong>. Mais c\u2019est aussi le cas de Figment<\/strong> qui en perd presque 150\u00a0000<\/strong> ou Coinbase<\/strong> qui en perd 140\u00a0000<\/strong>. Le grand gagnant sur la p\u00e9riode est Binance<\/strong> qui gagne 160\u00a0000 ETH<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Ce type de rotation est un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne normal dans l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me ETH. En effet, le staking direct propose un rendement de 2,87 %<\/strong> actuellement. C\u2019est loin d\u2019\u00eatre l\u2019offre la plus comp\u00e9titive du march\u00e9. En particulier pour les investisseurs qui d\u00e9tiennent des millions d\u2019ETH<\/a>, il vaut le coup d\u2019attendre une quarantaine de jours dans la file de staking \u00e0 condition de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019un meilleur rendement<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Quelle incidence sur le prix d\u2019ETH ?<\/span><\/h2>\n

Le jeton ETH s\u2019\u00e9change \u00e0 3\u00a0922 $<\/strong> au moment de la r\u00e9daction de cet article. Il fait face \u00e0 une pression baissi\u00e8re continue<\/strong> qui pourrait le faire plonger jusqu\u2019\u00e0 2\u00a0750 $<\/strong> selon certains analystes.<\/p>\n
